From choosing our sofa and helpful, friendly but non pressurised service to cheery delivery at a not- straightforward property we cannot fault them. A great range of products which felt good quality. We would definitely use them again.

Following my review on 20th June I would add how Ben at World of Furniture exceeded all my expectations. Following delivery of our dining table which we had agreed to take the display table, we noticed a small patch of blistering. I phoned Ben and he agreed to exchange the table with no quibble at all. New table delivered and put together by fantastic team. Thank you again for a superb service

Went into School Lane, Chandlers Ford branch this morning and could not have been more happy with the assistance we were given. Arrived with quite specific requirements, expecting to find a compromise close to our needs. Came out with exactly what we envisaged, thanks to the attention to detail and knowledge of Kev Eade. We're coming to the end of a major building refurb and extension...will be back soon for our final oak furniture requirements. Fab service.

Popped into Blandford store, and OMG such beautiful furnishings. Purchased a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Went back bought a picture, cushion and mirror. Been back today and ordered large pantry cupboard, if I had only looked earlier I could have got my new sofa there too. Brilliant staff so helpful and accommodating. Layout of shop excellent.

This is one of those rare independent retailers with a unique range of decent quality furniture catering for most budgets, sadly becoming a thing of the past these days. I have bought three large items on two occasions and both times the customer service in store was excellent, with no pressure selling or poor-value finance packages. For the second round of furniture, they offered me an assembly service for a reduced price. The chaps who arrived were very polite and the job was done in next to no time with no mess. They even disposed of the packaging for me. Can't recommend A World of Furniture enough, will certainly be shopping there again. Let's hope they stay in business, unlike one of their local competitors.

We live in Jersey, we have very little availability for Oak furniture that matches or is similar to the furniture we already have. Having searched the internet we came across A World of Furniture, we found just the sideboard we wanted. We had to have it shipped from the UK by another company to Jersey. When the sideboard arrived in Jersey it was extremely well packaged. Cannot fault the staff/service we received when making our purchase and also for making the process of getting it to us very easy and undamaged. Wouldn’t hesitate from buying from them again.

I went into the chandlers Ford branch to look for a bookshelf. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with friendly faces and really helpful workers that showed me everything they had to offer. I chose one but couldn’t get it in my car so they kindly dropped it off for me at home straight away. A very good place with a lovely choice of furniture and helpful people :) thank you x

We have now bought several items from this store as they stock many very interesting items which are not commonly available elsewhere. What makes it a top firm is the kindness, patience and helpfulness of every member of staff - no pushiness either. It's a pleasure to browse and shop there.

Helpful staff that know their products and stock. Great service . Found garden furniture cheaper than elsewhere and delivered the same day . Could not ask for better service . Would highly recommend.

We have used the Eastleigh store a few times now the sales people are very helpful but not pushy and we have been very pleased with all we have purchased , and the delivery service is excellent very good team work a pleasure to shop there . We will diffently being going back there in the future .

I would give the Blandford team more than 5 stars if I could. We visited a couple of times before we placed our order (chatsworth range for 2 bedrooms) and all our questions were answered openly and honestly, and nothing was too much trouble. We placed our order in store and the furniture arrived at their warehouse quicker than the estimated lead times and it was all delivered today. The wardrobes were part assembled and the guys put it all together and positioned it perfectly for us, and took all the packaging away. Again, nothing was too much trouble for them and it was all service with a smile. It's hard to find good old fashioned service these days, let alone people who are true to their word, but I have to say the Blandford team have excelled in every way and we are really impressed and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to everyone. Thank you Blandford, it may take a while, but we will be back.
