Ordered 5kg shea butter (to be send from the Eastern states of Australia to Perth) and it arrived in a week.
That impressed me because if you order from the other side of the country it usually takes two weeks and longer making me think that most companies send their goods by stagecoach.

Great products. Arrived quickly

I ordered "Rhassoul Moroccan Clay" 5kg for $150. When I started using it there was strong kerosene oil smell instead of normal earthy smell. I contacted Customer Support and they asked me to provide batch number mentioned on the parcel/delivery box. Usually we don't keep the parcel box as we throw it upon receiving the delivery. AWO replied they cann't check for the product without that information. It means Customer need to have that parcel box saved or keep the details but no where this has been mentioned or suggested. Also take a note about AWO cancellations policy, product must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packing. In a way, there is no return and no support :)
