These people are a SCAM I bought a 400$ ring for my granddaughters 21 st birthday and was supposed to be with her when I am not here anymore!!! The ring purchased was a custom, made-to-order piece in gold vermeil, which is a thick layer of real gold over sterling silver — not solid gold. This distinction is clearly outlined on our product pages and is important when it comes to expectations around durability and care. Gold vermeil, while beautiful and high quality, requires proper handling to avoid bending or fading over time.
We also want to stress that we’re not refusing help — quite the opposite. From the moment you reached out, we’ve offered to replace the ring completely free of charge, even though it was a custom final sale item. All we’ve asked for is a photo of the damage so we can verify the issue and process the replacement, which is a standard procedure to ensure accountability and quality control.
As of now, we’re still waiting to receive the requested photo in order to move forward.
We genuinely care about making this right and ensuring your granddaughter receives a beautiful piece she can cherish. If you’re open to continuing the conversation, we’re here and ready to help — we just need your cooperation to complete the process.

Don’t order from them.
Ordered 2 bracelets over a couple of months ago…. Got them , didn’t like, contacted AA said they would just send me another product … have not received it but their tracking number said delivered . Post office has no record of that tracking number. Total sham. Don’t buy from this company . They are in China not USA…
It’s now July 31 and still no product. No replies from them when I email them.
