Product quality is very poor not as adcertised
Product quality is very poor. The website advertised as the product being engraved. however the actual product is just barely etched and the text can not be read in most lighting.

Tone-on-tone metal awards are meant to deliver a sophisticated, understated look. That aesthetic may not align with every preference, especially if you were expecting a deeper or darker engraving. However, the product was produced correctly according to its design specifications.
