This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with ordering from a company. Not only did they deliver these products the DAY BEFORE the event after an almost two week back and forth of emails. But I included multiple exact mock ups of the art I was looking for and they STILL sent a completely INCORRECT proof which delayed the process even further. We had multiple conversations over email regarding what the awards should look like where I explicitly asked for the logo design to be in black and white -- even going so far as to sending a vector file in B&W and then the proof logo was STILL in color. The representative I was working with was not timely in their responses. And in the final product the design was STILL off center which was not reflected in the proof. The glass piece is also not affixed inside of the wooden framing so it is able to rotate around and slide back and forth. Horribly disappointing and we won't be using them again even though we ordered a dummy award with the plans of using them consistently for all of our future awards ceremonies.

Thank you, Lucy, for your detailed feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this order caused.
You are correct that the process became far more difficult than it should have been. The artwork files initially provided were flattened PNGs rather than production-ready vector artwork, which required our art team to recreate portions of the design and unfortunately led to excessive back-and-forth during proofing. That said, we absolutely should have executed your requested black-and-white logo direction more cleanly and communicated more effectively throughout the process.
We also regret that the final product did not fully align with the approved proof and that the timing left no room for correction before your event. The concerns regarding the glass insert fitment are also being reviewed internally with production.
We appreciate that you gave us an opportunity to earn your long-term business by starting with a sample award, and we are truly sorry we did not deliver the experience you deserved.
