The first trophy was completely screwed up it looked awful. It had white lumpy and chipped paint all over it which also we did not ask for. ALL WE WANTED WAS ETCHING. I emailed them about a replacement as my event was a week away they said they would send a replacement with NO WHITE PAINT. Well they send me the exact same thing and it looks AWFUL. There is chipped, smeared, lumpy white paint all over this thing. Now my event is in two days and I am completely screwed.

To clarify, colored crystal awards are engraved and color-filled by default to enhance readability. This is standard for this type of award. However, what you experienced was not acceptable. The issue appears to have been that the piece shipped before the color-fill had fully cured, which led to the smeared and uneven appearance.
We did rush a replacement immediately, and according to UPS tracking, it was delivered on Friday, 4 days prior to your event. That said, we understand how stressful this situation was, and we regret that the initial piece did not meet our standards.
