Great customer service. Plan to use award country from now on.

Ordering was easy and convenient. However, it was a little misleading. I ordered a yeti with monogramming and thought I was getting a script font but got a block font instead. I am very happy with the end result but not exactly what I originally wanted.

Great experience, great people, very pleased with the product. I will be back.

Messed up my order. Only had two items and couldn't get it correct. Hard to get ahold of when I had another order and wanted to change the quantity. Terrible first impression. With correcting the wrong order it was like pulling teeth to get it done quickly.

I absolutely love my SIC cup. I only wish that the name and monogram were a little lower on the cup. Other than that it is perfect.

SO far so good! Had two orders so far, waiting for the second to show up tomorrow. The site was easy to use and the trophies have been what I asked for and reasonably priced. I will use them again.

Prompt service and the plaque was exactly what I was looking for.

I had trouble getting the proof, was told it would be emailed to me. After not receiving it, I called and was told it was in "my account". After approving my proof, there was a delay in production but they called me and told me about it but thankfully our banquet was postponed by 5 days and the tumblers cups came in just in time, they looked great. Shipped was more than they quoted, that's why I gave 4 stars.

I am very impressed with Award Country. I was thinking of using a local awards company, but they directed me to their website. Once out there, I came upon Award Country that had exactly what I was looking for. The site was a bit clunky, but the prices were very reasonable. So, I gave them a try. I had a number of updates, which they provided proofs for each in less than an hour (their website said it might take a day). Great turn-around! When I did order, it shipped when they said it would and it arrived in two days, not the 10 days on the website. When it arrived, the plaque was beautiful - nice quality and beautifully laid-out. I can't wait to present it to the recipient. Thank you, for such great service! I will definitely use this company again.
