Great customer service. Keiren messaged to confirm everything order wise, whereas other companies have previously left me hoping/guessing, so that was much appreciated.
Our soundbar arrived intact/on time so I would be happy to use AvPros again for anything else I need.

Needle in a haystack springs to mind! Was looking for a replacement sub and literally stumbled upon AV’s website. Lo and behold it was there. Ordered online and was away to pull the trigger and then add delivery. I needed it delivered on a specific day and despite the options online, it just wasn’t possible to nominate what I needed. Thought I’d call them and at 09:02 Kieran answers the phone - he is a one off, so helpful, polite, knowledgeable, you name it. Kept me informed of delivery progress and even called me to let me know it wouldn’t be delivered on the day I wanted but was outwith his control. Above and beyond and I will 100% use this company again! What a find!!

Great customer service. Was message md by Kieran the morning after I placed my order and was given regular updates on the progress of the delivery. Item, XL TV wall mount, was received quickly and all good so far.
