From the moment I called Scott to driving away, purchasing my car was a 5 star experience. Upon arrival there were an array of cars in stock. The Lexus RX I went to look at was just as described and was immaculate inside and out. The bootlid was stuck so Scott said he would arrange to fix it. I took it for a test drive and it was faultless. I decided to buy it. I picked it after bootlid fix and I am extremely pleased overall.
I won't hesitate to recommend

If there is one thing I hate, it's buying a new car. However, it's just under a month since I bought a used Ford Fiesta from Stefan and so far, so good. I'm loving the car and it's serving me well. All communication was good, speedy and straightforward from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this company for customer service.

Put a positive review when we bought our c max 6 months ago as we thought it was a good car as told the car was in good working order but as we couldn’t afford the extra warranty we didn’t which was a mistake as we were told the problem
With the gearbox was sorted which it obviously wasn’t as we now have a car in the garage whilst we await a new gearbox and clutch and a big bill to go with it we will not be purchasing from you again and especially as we don’t live far from you and was told by Paul that any issues pop up but he is no

Really positive experience from start to finish. Stefan and his team provided a great service from the initial enquiry to when we picked the car up. It was a first car for my son so I had lots of questions, nothing was too much trouble and the reply was always quick, and more importantly honest. The car is in immaculate condition and Stefan even picked me up from the station when I collected it. My son is delighted with the car and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Avon Car Sales

WHERE DO I START, APON ARRIVAL OF MY FIRST DAY I WAS GREETED VERY RUDILY BY PAUL, HE DIDNT EVEN SPEAK TO ME JUST GAVE ME THE KEY, HE MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE FROM DAY 1, AFTER ISSUES OCCURING AFTER WEEK 1 AND AFTER NUMEROUS MESSAGES SENT AND PHONE CALLS HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE OVER TEXT ALSO, SINCE THEN ITS BEEN PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM, STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, PAUL IS RUDE AND ARROGANT, THEY SELL CARS THAT ARE STUFFED, HAD MY CAR AROUND 5MONTHS AND ITS BEEN OF THE ROAD THE WHOLE TIME, THE DEALER DONT RESPONDE AND NOW ITS BEING TOOKEN FURTHER, MY INJECTORS ARE HEAVILY CORRODED AND SAT IN WATER, THE LIST IF ISSUES CAN GO ON, I ALSO SENT THE CAR BACK MORE THAN TWICE FOR THEM TO DO A JOB THAT WASNT CARRIED OUT, HOWEVER WAS TOLD IT WAS COMPLETED, THEY WILL SAY THERE AN AMAZING COMPANY BUT THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HERE, I WAS ALSO BLOCKED ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA AND PHONE NUMBERS, HMM I WONDER WHY LOL, I HAVE ALL MY EVIDENCE ANYWAY, EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THERE OPINION, AND THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN BY FAR

Many used car dealers have the reputation of being rogue traders. Easy to see why, I was promised an interim/lubrication service prior to collection of vehicle. The exterior condition of the oil filter was a clear sign this appeared not to have been done. On raising this I was faced with indignance as to how I could even dare to question their standards! I could however live with having to carry out such a service and proceeded with vehicle purchase. My concerns were confirmed by my local garage who also added there had not been an oil change. On sending photographic evidence there was no longer any insistence that this oil change had been done but a change of tact to "I could have rejected the vehicle". Also as to section 8 of their allegedly thorough 180 point check, no vehicle manual present.
Steer well clear or deal with them at your own risk, and take their word with a large pinch of salt.

From first contact through to collection of vehicle all staff very friendly and helpful highly recommended and will definitely use again in the future
