What you ordered isn't what you get,they look like the ones you can get on temu for £2,would only give me 30% refund! Been looking for the suction dentures that they are advertising but the all seem to be fake,even the picture on the box is fake,I'm raging!!!

Advertised a brand and sent a fake product, then after I emailed back and forth, they said this has got the same ingredients! And we can only refund 30%! Unbelievable!

Cancelled my order after seeing it on temu for £20 cheaper and they sent me a email saying they will give me a refund its been month and still no refund . Avoid this company !

I ordered what appeared to be a full denture set what actually arrived was some kind of joke nothing like the images in the advert completely useless these companies need to be bannd from selling for false misrepresentation of a product steer clear of this company what a joke

I had to contact my bank for my refund as I was waiting for weeks for my refund i do believe this is some sort of scam they took my money and never received my item. Please don't not order from avichic stay away the customer service is poor it's just some automated email from Emma saying the same thing over and over again

Completely false advertising.
The photos and reviews of products are completely fake. What arrived is nothing like the photos or description.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I got a set of dentures off AVICHIC for £20 and they are nothing like described or what is shown in photos of their advertising. I've won better teeth from a cheap Christmas cracker. AVOID AVICHIC!!!! ABSOLUTELY A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Item arrived in a crushed box with the contents inside broken. Contacted customer support and had a reply after 2 days asking to upload pics. Uploaded as requested and 2 days later was offered a 10% refund and I keep the product. Told them the product is broken and of no use and besides on inspection it is nothing more than a £3 temu piece of tat and not worth the £30 i paid. Since that email was sent (over a week ago I've had zero response) 2 subsequent emails sent to support and zero replies. Avoid this company at all costs and just go to Temu as everything they sell on the website is inflated Temu rubbish.

I have just received my order today after waiting weeks for it to be delivered.
On opening I found the item was nothing like the image on the website which I had ordered.
It turns out to be just a cheap knock off counterfeit item made in China and not at all the branded item I was expecting.

Ordered a spring loaded soil aerator, what was delivered was an u sprung one. So was not what I ordered and of no use to me at all and available at 30pct of the price.
Advised Avichic of the complete failure, they offered me a 30pct discount and keep the product or if I return it Uk to China and pay for the postage, I can have a full refund.
They have my money and there is nothing I can do to get it back.
Do not trust this company, do not buy anything from them. You will have no way to get your money back.

I would give zero stars if I could. This website is a SCAM. I purchased an item that looks completely different from the product description and photos. When I asked to return it, they told me to send it back to China — even though the original parcel was shipped from the UK. The parent company is OTTYSHOP LTD.

I am NOT a valued customer as you would not treat me so badly if I were!!
This is supposed to be an Easter present for my grandaughter!
I did not imagine when I ordered an Easter present on 23/03/25 that a MONTH later it would not have arrived!!
I will now do my utmost to advertise your outfit for what they are “absolutely useless”.

My order didn’t arrive, when I contacted them they told me a refund would be processed. Now they are ignoring all my emails and still no refund….AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

They stated my delivery would arrive by 2 to 3 working days..when I did not recieve item I looked at tracking..it was being dispatched in China..this would never have took 2 to 3 working days..item was never received ..after many emails with automated response..they just never got back ti me

Absolute joke. Product received came without the advertised box, is nothing like the pictures and videos on the website, and you can't complain with an order. You can't find that because they don't confirm from the same company. Avoid.
