Excellent advice and excellent service, delivered in a timely manner, as ever. One niggle this time - this came as 6 bottles in a 12-bottle case and the internal dividers had shifted such that the bot... Leggi di più

Definitely a great purchase, a wine that cannot fail to impress at a bargain price. Everything you would expect in a Pinot Noir delivered.

As usual

As usual, my experience with Averys was excellent as was my wine advisor, Charlie. Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. My order was speedy (as Charlie knows his stuff) and delivered within the time mentioned.

Good wine, rotten delivery

The wine is great, but the delivery -- whether of a new order or of wines released from bond -- is SO BAD that I do not want to deal with Avery's ever again, at least not until you have chosen a more responsible delivery partner. I've been a customer for longer than I can remember, but all trust is gone.

Risposta di Averys Wine Merchants

I am really sorry for the recent issues you've had. I can see you have got in touch with our customer services about this and this has been passed over to our storage and fine wine team to investigate. Thanks, Vicki

I ordered an all reds mixed BBQ case

I ordered an all reds mixed BBQ case. Two bottles were substituted with white wine, not red wine. I am dealing with my mother in laws death and not in a fit state to argue this one! A swift reply to this review generated a pleasing solution, thank you

I am really sorry you've received the wrong wines and also really sorry to hear of your mother in law's passing. I have tried to call you today and left a voicemail. I've now sent you an email to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. Thanks, Vicki
