Easy of ordering and delivery exemplary.

Avery's is an excellent company.
A large choice of amazing wines, a great, easy to use website...and if you are lucky enough to have a 5⭐️ wine adviser like Richard Abraham you will be introduced to a fabulous selection of new, favourite wines with interesting history, tasting notes and details of the vineyards where they originate.
I would definitely recommend!

I have been a customer of Avery’s for more years than I can remember and Richard has been my adviser for a large number of them. I am certainly not a major customer but Richard has always been incredibly friendly and helpful in recommending wine varieties that he knows I tend to favour. I invariably accept his recommendations. Some wines I might prefer to others but I cannot think of any wine that I have ever received that has been below par. Avery’s (Richard) are great to work with. I think they offer an excellent service, with a good range of quality wines.

Great wines, great prices and especially great customer services. With the annual subscription you can order when and what you want, without having to commit monthly or termly, and you have a wine advisor who knows what you like and can recommend wines you are going to enjoy. James is great.

Very helpful staff who provided a good bargain

Excellent advice and excellent service, delivered in a timely manner, as ever. One niggle this time - this came as 6 bottles in a 12-bottle case and the internal dividers had shifted such that the bottles were clinking together (too much space). Fortunately the deliverers were careful and none of the bottles were broken. Waiting for the next 6 (on reserve) and hope that they will be delivered in a 6-bottle box.

All great ,except both for the environment and Avery's bottom line why do you send 2 deliveries of 6 bottles each, when I was happy to receive both together a day later when the second one arrived.

My family has trusted Averys for a long time. The standards of this firm remain totally reliable, commercially responsible, and the presentation is both informative [First Rate] and everyone at Averys are very pleasant to deal with. The range of wines is vast, from World Class to what I call Good Reds and Nice Whites. At present, I deal with Richard Abraham: I enjoy a practical working customer relationship with Richard that does NOT involve a microsecond of Sales Hype.
