Run, dont walk away from this company. The product is cheap low quality crap made in China. After many emails they agreed to give me a 30% refund. However that refund never appeared on my credit card. No option to return either.

TOTAL SCAM! do NOT purchase anything from this company. Ive been waiting months for a "refund" for a package that was never coming. and a refund that is also likely not coming.

If I could give a negative score I would. This company is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FEOM THEM! I was stupid and did not check reviews prior to ordering. I ordered and right after checked reviews and knew I made a major mistake. I emailed them within 40 minutes of ordering and they said my order had already been processed and could not be stopped - yeah right!

Dress arrived and it was a heap of trash from China. No where on there web site did it indicate their stuff came from China. Would never have ordered based on that alone. When I asked for a return address they told me it had to be returned to China. I said no way as that was not indicated anywhere on the web site. They offered me a 10% refund. I said no way. They offered me a 20% refund. I said no way. They offered me a 30% refund. I said no way. Then they said that was all they could offer. So, I FILED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I took photos of the dress I received, screen shot a photo of the dress I ordered, screen shot their web site pages showing their web site indicated they were located in Toronto and put that that along with copies of all my emails to and from them into my dispute that I logged with my credit card company. I got my money back within a few weeks. I recommend everyone do this if you make the mistake of ordering from this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had the same experience as others. My dress was too small and returning it to China would cost more than the dress. I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order. Live and learn.

I would give this site a 0 in rating. They are scamming people!!!! These items are shipped from China, even though they put there address as Toronto. I wanted to return my items and they said I had to pay for items to be shipped back to China. Now they are telling me I can't return them at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

this is a fraudulent company. They reporesent themselves as a small local boutique but are actually a Chinese manufacturer. They use quality pictures and claim their closing sale is due to spending more time with grandchildren, then they ship cheap garbage. I tried to cancel BEFORE they shipped and instead they rushed my shipping. The goods were garbage. I physically returned them to the forwarder in Mississauga and have not yet got a refund. SCAMMERS!

Total SCAM!! Website made to think you are ordering high quality items from Canada and easily refunded. Items come from China, cheap material awful quality and not something I would want if they were giving it away. When I tried to return I was told I would need to return to China and pay shipping. They offered me a 25% refund and then 40% when I complained. I finally filed a complaint with PayPal and they quickly offered me a 70% refund. I took the refund and chalked it up to a lesson learned. Don't buy anything from them. They also go by Blueree.

Total SCAM! In my case it was named Avery-Madrid (since I live in Spain) and same as all comments, not good fabrics such as cotton but shitty textile instead and the purchase didn't look the same as in the pictures. They offered me to give me back the 30% and keep the item, that was the best deal unfortunately. Looked for prices to send the shirt to China and they were 2x the cost of the shirt. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

Hice el pedido de un vestido de pana y tras 3 semanas de espera sin posibilidad de seguimiento del paquete, recibí uno de una tela pésima (pana que se transparenta a contraluz!) con costuras tirantes y arrugas múltiples. Escribí a la empresa ( Avery Toronto o Blueree, no hay quien se aclare...) que tras mucho insistir, me propone reembolso del importe del vestido pero asumiendo yo los gastos de reenvío a China (!?!?) (porque resulta que esa "fabricación artesanal por trabajadores locales" en realidad es china!). Me niego a aceptarlo y espero que todas esas opiniones negativas sobre dicha empresa les sirvan de aviso a los eventuales futuros compradores. Estafa total!!! No compréis porque venden basura y su servicio de atención al cliente es nefasto!

The items I ordered did not even look like the ones in the pictures on facebook! It took a month for them to be delivered, and they were made of polyester and not the 100% cotton described in the product description. The craftsmanship was terrible as well. When I asked to return it, this was their response, I was told I would be on the hook for all expenses. Frauds, in my mind!

Scam, Scam, Scam! Dont’t buy! Not a Canadian company. You will not be able to get a refund as they require tracking number. That would cost more than the item because it must be shipped to China! I lost my money but PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE!!!

Horribly shoddy flip-flops sent after purchasing what I thought was a high end orthopedic sandal.

The company claimed to be Canadian and high quality, I bought a knit sweater with embroidered details and what arrived was a plastic feeling long sleeve with blurry images of flowers printed onto it. For $60 (on sale from $120) the quality is unacceptable and completely not the item in the photos online. Plus the packaging made it clear it’s actually drop shipped and not from the company advertised online

Scam company, pretending to be Canadian…but no they are China, says easy returns…not, have to return to China and they need a tracking number which makes the return more expensive than the item which was garbage. 😡

Exemple: les bouts ne sont pas ronds. La teinte marbrée des chaussures n'y est pas, les semelles, la hauteur des talons, leur barème de grandeur: etc...

2è PROPOSITION (2 fois) : Avery-Toronto : remboursement total 79,95$ à condition de retourner les chaussures en CHINE... Pourquoi pas à Toronto ? - Expédition en Chine, à partir du Québec, coûterait environ 3 fois le prix du produit. - Moi : Je refuse
- J'ai repéré 2 autres sites sur FB, qui vendent le même produit ?
En date d'aujourd'hui ces annonces sur FB ont disparues.

Do not buy from Avery Toronto. The “clothing” came from China. When I opened my package it was not what I had ordered on their website. The “sweatshirt” is a plastic like look and texture and the same goes for the jacket, that was supposed to be flannel.
I a furious!

SCAM. The shoes are absolutely garbage. They claim to be a Canadian company but they are from China. I bought 2 pairs of sandals. Both were the same quality you'd find at a dollar store, not $70 shoes.
