Hello Stephen,
Sorry for the possible miss understanding. We have spoken to you on the phone and advised that the part that you ordered is on back order with Numatic. Our staff had offered you to either wait for the delivery or refund in full. We have promised to ship it out on Thursday once we receive the stock in our warehouse which is what we did and I can see it was delivered on Friday. Sorry again about the wait, unfortunately it was completely out of our hands - the part was out of stock in the whole country.

The company only had 2 vacs in stock out of the 3 I ordered. They contacted me straight away to ask if I wanted the ones they had delivered and send the other when in stock a few days later, or send all together. I received the partial delivery the next day. The remainder was received a couple of days later

It was a scam
It was a scam, I called the customer service repeatedly, the same voice would answer for all the departments (sales, technical, etc). The woman told me to that the order has been lost in transit and that a new one was ordered for me to arrive the day after, which never happened. So, after 3 working days, the DPD tracking number is showing no details, I am still not in possess of the items I bought with a "next day delivery".
Basically binned 30 £ .

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see that your order has been shipped right after you ordered it and was dispatched via DPD next day service. Unfortunately it did get lost in transit as it did not get delivered. We have offered to send you a replacement as soon as possible, however you have requested to have a refund which has been issued.
