We currently use Avensure for HR support. We took the opportunity to review the PeopleCloud system.
We booked a demo with Julia. Julia's presentation of the system was excellent. She was very clear in explaining how the system works and answered all our questions. The system looks and feels user friendly for both frontline users and admins.

Booking a training session with Nikola was super easy, with a great variety of time slots available to suit my schedule. The training itself was around 45 minutes long, which was the perfect length,concise but comprehensive. Nikola covered all aspects of using Peoplecloud in great detail, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. I left the session feeling much more confident in using the platform and with a much deeper understanding of its features. Highly recommend!

The support in moving over to PeopleCloud has been excellent. We now have compliant docs and nothing is ever too much trouble for the Avensure team. They are always keen to help and answers come back very quickly.

We started using PeopleCloud a few weeks ago. Julia was and continues to be a great source of support. From the initial onboarding meeting I had with her, which gave me a great overview of the system, to day to day queries I’ve had since. Julia responds quickly and efficiently.
Using PeopleCloud has reduced my admin time already and as the team start to get more familiar with how it all works I am sure it will continue to support our business and keep us on track.

Great system for controlling HR data in one place. Staff have been very helpful in set up to date.

Kirsty was great from day one! Huge help in setting the system up and assisting with specific requirements. A very friendly and supportive experience with nothing being too much. The only (small) criticism would be the delay of the initial appointment with them.
Aftercare is fast and efficient if additional assistance required.

I would strongly advise other businesses to think very carefully before entering into any agreement with Avensure. My experience has been deeply disappointing from the start.

The service was sold to me as proactive and comprehensive, with regular Health & Safety audits, personalised documentation, and ongoing support. In reality, what I received was slow, generic, and error-ridden. I had to chase repeatedly for an overdue audit, wait months for a report that should have been a basic deliverable, and when it finally arrived, it was full of factual inaccuracies — including references to services my business doesn't even offer.

Communication throughout has been inconsistent and at times contradictory, with different departments saying different things. The attempt to reinstate a cancelled Direct Debit without my authorisation was the final straw.

I’ve completely lost trust in this company and the service they claim to provide. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable or professional compliance support.

I found Avensure to be very professional, quick on response, communication has been exceptional.
Very friendly staff, impressive organisation.

PeopleCloud is a really useful addition to our practice, it is very straightforward and easy to use for both employer and employee. The HR documents are easy to create, amend and send to employees. The holiday calendar and recording of TOIL are also very easy for everyone to see and use.
Our point of contact Marlena has been very helpful, she always responds to our queries very promptly, has provided lots of useful document templates and makes sure our general running of PeopleCloud is running as efficiently as it should be. We are very happy with the system and the service provided.

I could not recommend the service enough. Avensure people cloud is easy to use for me and everyone in our team! We cannot thanks Marlena enough for her help and support in getting this sorted!

I am so happy with the help and support I have received with the set up, especially from Nikola. Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to Nikola. My schedule is very busy and Nikola took the time to make this an easy process for me.

Excellent service from Kirsty in the PeopleCloud team. She explained the system very clearly and made the whole process so easy for us to get it up and running. She also responds to any queries I have had immediately which has been great.

I had a welcome call which made everything very clear. When it came to setting up all I had to do was fill in a spreadsheet and the rest was done for me. I am very please with the service that I have been provided.

We've been with Avensure for 1 year using their HR services. They are always at the end of the phone or email to answer any queries. I often email the wrong person too but they are connected and make the stresses of running a company easier. We've recently just had a personalised refresh/ reminder of how to use the system (All free of charge) which has been great to make sure we are using the services Avensure offer as effectively as possible. There are many names to mention but Elly, Nikola, Helen and Jonathan are great at supporting.

What a great company. Since our first meeting prior to signing up with Avensure, everything has been clearly explained and made very easy for us a business.
Whilst getting to grips with the People Cloud system, Kirsty has been outstanding, helping to initially set us up and then answering any questions we've had along the way with very quick and clear responses. Jasmine who set up our HR documents has also been very helpful. So far our experiences of dealing with Avensure have been great, thank you.
