Fast delivery made me happy. Fast battery drainage made me unhappy.

I bought a laptop, unfortunately it had faulty RAM in it. The technical team was really helpful and sent replacement RAM out to us. We shall see if we have any further problems.

I had a clear idea of the specs I wanted, and Avaxos made the whole process effortless. Every part of the order was handled seamlessly, with excellent communication and updates throughout. I'm extremely happy with both the purchase and the service - highly recommended!

The process of ordering, building and dispatching was simple. They keep you informed throughout, showing which stage the build is at. I ordered the fast track service and they stuck to it aiming to have it dispatched within a few days. Really happy with my build and is exactly how I expected it to turn out.

Really pleased with my build. Really easy to configure online, progress of build was communicated and delivery once build and tested was quick. PC was well packaged.

From start to finish the process was super easy, avaxos update you on ever step of building the pc. They even changed my delivery last minute for me without charge. If anyone is looking for a pc id recommend avaxos every time.

Absolutely nothing to fault. Customizing my was straight forward. Order was completed in a timely manner with frequent updates. The Computer arrived promptly and well packed. Would definitely recommend.

After our 3rd return our laptop avaxos finally agreed to refund us however they are now trying to hold back 100e stating that there were scratches to the PSU and laptop case. They sais they can't sell on with scratches. Surely that is not legal to sell on faultly laptops as new? And if they sell them as reconditioned surely slight scratches would be expected. Be careful buying from here. If you experience any difficulties with your hardware it is extremely difficult to get a replacement or refund.

No attempt at delivery, just delivered to a Post Office 2 miles from my house. No attempt at 're'-delivery so I had to carry the 10 kg box miles. Computer seems to operate oddly. Locking the screen then logging in again closes applications that were left running.

The website is very intuitive, easy to build a custom PC as well as there are plenty "ready to send" PCs to choose from! Quality is good, customer service is very helpful. The only downside is the delivery of the PC. Took slightly more time that I've anticipated. Overall a very solid and reliable company.

Excellent service. They kept me up to date with my build every step of the way and answered all my questions very promptly. The system itself is great. It included a 5090 so I had to wait for it to come in stock. Very expensive but the build quality is first class. Wiring all done neatly. System temps are great and it was setup very well. Not too much Bloatware that I had to delete. I have bought from Avaxos in the past so I wa happy to use them again. Very happy overall.

The PC arrived on time, everything in order as requested and worked first time. Happy with my purchase.

Honestly fantastic service, although I have had a few issues with my machine since receiving it. The box seems to have been damage in shipping, and I have experienced technical problems, but all was minor. Will absolutely be ordering from them again in future, and appreciative of the technical support I have received.

Cannot fault Avaxos at all from the moment of configuring to the moment of delivery, 1st class service and at the price I wanted with all the specifications needed, I even had to make a brief call with regards to a small issue with the sound card and was immediately sorted instantly. I've brought a number of PC's over the years and this company is by far best I have used and dealt with, hats of guys, you are doing a fabulous job and long may it continue. One very very happy customer, regards.

Avaxos kept me updated and in the know step by step, the computer came is a safe condition and everything is working great top quality service would purchase from them again.

Idk I dont bu anything in Avaxos anymore. Their customer service is dogshit and the shit they pulled during the gpu craze really put me off. Also their a marketplace more than anything. Most of the stuff isn't even sold by them.

Never bought a hi spec pc before. Wanted to get into 3d modelling. Spent days researching what spec I might need on forums, websites etc. In the end, a 5 minutes phone conversation with them answered a lot of my concerns and actually ended up saving me money, compared to what I thought i needed.

I ordered RTX4080 from them last year. Everything is ok. Waiting for pre-order on RTX5080 now.

The first custom pc was outstanding. The second one, full of issues, a poor support. Power options that hidden by software although they claim they are not until you show them a screenshot on how you did it. They sent a laptop with a keyboard with an issue on a letter I wanted to buy the keyboard and install it myself I can't they need the computer, so I'll be without it for a few weeks. Even though the support offer something else. Like if its a big secret that TongFang builds the mainboard and even other pieces. Almost 3k and dissapointed. Specially at their responses.

Happy Customer, the whole process from ordering on the website until the PC was delivered was on time, efficient and seamless. Real honest advice before purchase. Great communication during build. Final build quality was outstanding. Fitted my own graphics card. Pc runs like a dream. Would not hesitate to recommend.
