What I like most about Autron is how beginner-friendly it is. Setup is fast, and the AI autopilot takes care of ongoing optimizations without needing constant input.

Saves time on daily Amazon ad management. Amazing experience so far.

I had a very bad experience with Autron.

I started a trial, but the software never pulled my products. This issue lasted for several days. I contacted their support multiple times, and their only response was that “everything was working on their end.” No solution was provided, so I stopped trying to use the platform since it was not functional for me.

I never used the service, never benefited from it, and I was never notified that my trial was ending or that I would be billed. Despite this, I was charged.

I immediately contacted them to request a refund, explaining that the platform never worked during the trial period. They refused, stating that their terms do not allow refunds, even though the service was unusable and never actually used.

In my opinion, billing a customer under these conditions and refusing any refund is not honest or fair. Because of this, I am now filing a chargeback with my credit card company.

Warning to anyone considering this platform: be very careful. Based on my experience, their billing practices and customer support are problematic. I strongly recommend staying away and choosing a more transparent and customer-focused alternative.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend doing business with this company.

With Autron we were able to scale spend and achieve a lower ACOS than what we had with two different prior agencies. All of our Amazon PPC is run through Autron and I have been very happy with the support and the service.

We have been with Autron for over a year now to manage our Amazon PPC ads. At first, I was scared to have a machine run the ads, but in the end, the machine is very efficient at what it does. In addition, Julian is very patient with explaining how it all works. Very happy with the service.

I have signed up for the trial about a week ago. My adspend went up 5 times within a week. I have left messages to the customer service but no one is home, no answers to my messages as of yet.

I run an agency and was introduced to Autron through word of mouth. These guys were helpful in getting our managed accounts off the ground, which allowed me to scale. Here are my thoughts after 6 months with Autron:

> I like the set & forget approach
> UX is easy to navigate, minimal clicks to launch
> Fully automated, which could be good or bad for agency managers
> Could use more analytics features - think they are building those now

Net Net: Autron’s been able to improve my accounts ACoS by ~25% on average; my team and I am able to manage MANY more account - my clients are happy but probably won’t tell them my secret weapon ;)

Absolute Trash. We tested this platform for approx 3 weeks, and had our ACOS go from 40% to 482% - with ZERO sales attributed to Autron.

Definitely skip this garbage software.

Nifty tool that greatly reduced my time spent to setting up and maintaining my AMZ PPC campaigns. I did not expect much but it did exceed my expectations, so it is a keeper for me. Highly recommended!

Autron has been great so far, saves me many many hours per week in managing our Amazon ads account.

Autron handles all of our Amazon advertising currently. Our results are better than what we had with a competing software that cost a significant amount each month. The Autron team is very helpful and always takes time to answer any questions. Our product is quite seasonal, so I am really looking forward to seeing what Autron can do in the coming peak season. Have been using autron for 4 months. Was easy to setup with my amazon account. I have a full time job so autron has saved me a ton of time and stress managing campaigns for me. Saw my sales double within a few weeks! Julian is always there to help if I needed anything, great experience so far.

Working with Autron so far has been excellent. Great software and well run.

Our experience has been very pleasant working with the team. The software has also done a great job at staying within the set parameters. Our ACoS has remained within our goals mostly and therefore our sale more more profitable.

Since the process still requires manual strategy and update on the campaigns, I feel we would have more growth today if this maintenance was more constant. So far, I'm very happy with the service.

We have been with Autron for a few months now and have been very pleased with both its performance and also the support we have been receiving.
As a small business selling on Amazon, we are very limited with the amount of time we can afford to put aside to regularly monitor and adjust our ad campaigns. This used to be a big burden as I knew I needed to be doing it but wasn't! With Autron I have just set the goals I wish to achieve for the ad campaigns and can see them slowly working towards this goal. It is still early days, so we have yet to reach them, but the progress so far has been good.
We have also been brilliantly supported by Autron's team throughout the onboarding process and feel confident to have Autron manage our Amazon ads!
