Easy to arrange an appointment for my oven repair. Barry the engineer arrived on time and was able to find the fault and repair quickly and effectively. Would use Auto wash again.

Another Beko oven Heating Element!
We had been without one side of our oven as the heating element had given up, Steve arrived and resolved the situation within 20 minutes. He was polite, courteous and efficient.

Autowash Steve was great
Steve was honest, straight forward and easy to get on with. Explained clearly the situation and what would happen next. Wish all repair guys are more like this. Will happily use Autowash again, over the larger companies who have been useless.

Excellent service
Customer service from making the first phone call was really good. Callout was less than 48 hours. Barry was pleasant efficient and fixed my cooker in less than half an hour. Callout fees and parts are reasonable, all-round great service provided.
