Easy to arrange an appointment for my oven repair. Barry the engineer arrived on time and was able to find the fault and repair quickly and effectively. Would use Auto wash again.

Samsung washing machine
We have had issues with our Samsung washing machine for the last 5 weeks and today it is finally fixed and working.
Steve was our engineer and he was friendly, polite and patient. This wasn't an easy fix and required multiple visits. It was great to get Steve each time as he knew the issue from the get go. Thanks Steve for coming out multiple times and finally getting to the bottom of the issue.
The only downside was the wait time between visits to order new parts and find an avaliable time slot for the Engineer due to how busy they are.

Excellent service
From start to finish I was kept up to date and communicated to. Steve was professional yet friendly, he explained what was wrong with tumble dryer and gave advice to keep my 10 year old machine running smoothly .

Professional and friendly service.
I have used Autowash in the past for repairs and never been disappointed. The same friendly and professional experience was received for the purchase and delivery of a fridge-freezer. Would recommend.

Great Service

Took a few visits from different…
Took a few visits from different engineers and no one was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem beyond a couple of uses before the same fault would recur. So this rating is for John who diagnosed the fault and finally came up with a solution. He was professional and thorough. If only all engineers could be like him.
