I just wanted to add to our last review , since purchasing the car , we had a turbo boost problem ( no one’s fault just one of those things mechanical break down ) Kalvin could not have been more helpful even though we have had the car 8 months . His customer service is above and beyond , he is one of the nicest and most helpful people we have ever dealt with . Thank you for being at the end of the phone .

I've bought many cars over the years and this was a stand out experience. Kalvin was a pleasure to deal with right from the initial enquiry. Friendly, very knowledgeable about the car and just persuasive enough to get the heart to overrule the head.

Kalvin was committed to selling the best car possible and proactively highlighted an issue with the car that he wanted to get sorted before delivery. The communication and updates between viewing the car and collection was first class - even with Kalvin's holiday in the middle.

I took my 11 year old son with me to collect the car and Kalvin made the day extra memorable for us both with a spin out in the sunshine in a special car.

Buying a car from Autovero and Kalvin was like buying a car from another enthusiast. I would highly recommend Autovero and wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them in the future. For now though, off to enjoy this one!

As someone who rarely leaves reviews I feel compelled to comment on the exceptional service that my wife and I received from Autovero and it’s proprietor Kalvin during our recent purchase of a Vintage Speedster.
The whole process felt just like chatting with a fellow car enthusiast and not a salesman, the open and honest discussion about various matters automotive was very refreshing, the icing on the cake being when the car arrived with a very nice bottle of champagne inside !
I would wholeheartedly recommend using Autovero to anyone with a discerning interest in their vehicles and will be keeping a close eye on their website inventory for possible future purchases.

Where to start really!

A genuine bloke who actually wants to please his customers worked very hard to get me the car I want , surreal experience and possibly the most comfortable you could feel when buying a new car, couldn’t recommend AutoVero enough they are heights above competitors. If you need a Luxury or a high end car this is the place for you no doubt.

Buying a sports car can be daunting, & with lots of rouge traders about, there is a lot at risk. I bought my first 911 Targa from Kalvin & would 100% recommend him to anyone. He his knowledgeable, honest & trustworthy only handing over cars that meet his own personal high standards. I travelled from Stoke on Trent & Kalvin even picked me up from the train station. You’re probably wondering why I am giving a 5 star review for not buy in car from Autovero. Well, it goes like this. I saw what I thought was the car I really wanted. It looked the part and was inspected by a local garage on my behalf and was agreed to be restored very well. Just before getting it delivered, I had conversations with specialist who knew far more about the classic car than either myself, Autovero and probably the company that made them. It turned out in the end the vehicle wasn't the specific one I wanted. Autovero had helped me all the way through this process and as opposed to feeling they had lost a sale they were pleased to refund my deposit on the basis I wasn't getting the exact model i wanted. I would recommend them without reservation.

Kalvin is just brilliant! As a woman driver bad buyer, Kalvin made me feel the whole process is comfortable, smooth, relax and reliable. He was so patient to walks through the cars with me, helped me with setting and he was very responsible to make sure the car is in the best condition to be handed over. He has also done a great follow up after sales which was even impressive. I would certainly recommend Kalvin as car dealer!

It has been now six months or so since i picked up my Mercedes ML from Kalvin, and i can only say thank you for making the buying experience hassle free , from when i enquired, to meeting Kalvin and then arranging to pick the car up. the car was as good as the description and even better than the Photos. I did have an issue with the car as a brake sensor was intermittent But i spoke to Kalvin and i took it in to a Local Garage and Kalvin took care of the bill, Just taken it in for a MOT and has come back all good
