From start to finish a professional experience. Appointment scheduled to accommodate my availability. Confirmed again by message and then day to before with a call. Excellent work, no mess or anything to tidy up and car looks like new. It may be a little expensive but if I'm honest absolutely worth it to avoid all the hassles that come with other repair options of getting quotes and then getting the car to the garage,

The operative that conducted a repair on my car wing mirror was very accommodating regarding changes to our circumstances due to COVID etc, and was able to repair the car outside our house rather than than on my works car park as originally arranged. However, he told us that everything had gone fine, he'd been able to knock out the damaged door frame and replace the wing mirror and everything was working as it should. As we had kept socially distanced, I was only able to fully check the job later in the day and found that the new wing mirror had not been fitted flush to the body of the car and foam material had been used to fill the gap. Although the mirror is fully operational it now does not manoeuvre to allow me to view as close into the car body as it previously could.

Though arriving an hour later than I was expecting (had been told), and having to find a suitable location to do the work, the job was competed in just over 3 hours to a very satisfactory standard.
* When arranging a visit, there needs to be a better explanation of the space required to do the work, so that alternative space can be organised in case the 'home parking area' is to small / unsuitable.
It was good to have the repair done close to home.

This was the first time I used a mobile body repair company.I cannot fault them in any way. The technician that was sent out had over 28 years of Paint and Body Shop experience which of course reflected on the work that was done on my 10 month old car. The technician arrived exactly on time and was very professional in all his work including being very polite and friendly. I cannot fault my experience in any way. I would recommend them to everybody.

Fantastic experience with AutoRestore. From making my initial enquiry to actually seeing the work completed today I can say nothing but great things. Really happy with the quality of work and professionalism of the team at AR. Highly recommend using them to anyone who has experience damage on their vehicle.

Hastings required they repair a Malicious scratch on the door and bonnet in the dead of winter, now in summer you can actually see what an atrocious job, orange peel every where. Totally ruined and going to need a complete respray, AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!??

Overall a fast, friendly and efficient service. Would definitely recommend this company.

From the first contact to completion of the repair I received excellent customer care. Everyone I spoke to was professional and I formative. The repair guy was on time and and did an excellent job. He was polite and friendly. After the work was complete he left the area clean and tidy.

I'm only giving a 5 star because of Darren who came to fox my car. Orelse it would be a 1 appointment keeping was ridiculous twice my appointment was changed twice I had to change my shift at work. Being a taxi driver it's money I could do without losing to be honest. But apart from that my car looked brand new when fixed
