Das Diagnosetool funktioniert nicht wie angegeben mit allen Autos. Es funktioniert nicht in meinem cls (w219), in meinem w222 funktioniert es schon.
Support wurde angeschrieben. Konnten aber das Problem selber nicht beheben.

Obwohl ich ziemlich skeptisch war bevor ich bestellt habe, kann ich nichts negatives berichten. Ich habe am Freitag bestellt und mein Gerät war am darauffolgenden Mittwoch da. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war gut.

In Sachen Verkauf sind die Mitarbeiter von autoobd ganz schnell. Aber wenn du ein technisches Problem hast greift die Taktik: erst einmal den Kunden 2 Wochen warten lassen. Und wenn der Kunde keine Lust hat jeden zweiten Tag eine Erinnerungsmail zu schreiben, dann ist ja der Fall geschlossen.
Ich habe ganz schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Unternehmen gemacht, Email bleiben seit 2 Monaten unbeantwortet, keine tech. Lösung wird angeboten und nach 4 Wochen Korrespondenz wird der Kunde einfach blockiert. Unter Kundenservice verstehe ich etwas anderes. Nie wieder Autoobd....

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, hat sich das Unternehmen extrem bemüht die Unstimmigkeiten zu beseitigen. Mein Dank gebührt besonders Essie, die sich um mein Anliegen sehr bemüht hat.

Stardiagnose
After "Stardiagnose" with Windows 7 suddenly stopped running after half a year, I was offered an update to the Windows 10 version with the latest diagnostic software at a fair price via support.
The activation also went very well via WhatApp and Teamviewer. (despite the large time difference)
