Ordered my transmission on a Monday, shipped on Tuesday and received on Friday. I ordered before looking at reviews. Clearly, they have as well and have made changes.

I ordered a motor on the 9th of December I received the wrong motor on the 12th of December within an hour of receiving the motor I called them to tell them it was the wrong motor it took repeated calls and text message unanswered before I finally got an email saying they'll take the motor back on the 15th and told me my 10-day window started that day the motor was picked up on the 17th delivered to them on the 18th I have left several emails with them several messages and several unanswered phone calls and I mean they will put you on hold for 45 minutes then the phone will ring and it'll say a customer service represent is unable to take your call here it is the 28th I understand it's the holidays I have not received no confirmation the motor was returned to them only reason I know is because the shipment tracker I have received no refund for my money and no one has reached out to me again after several attempts of emails phone calls and unanswered messages oh I was even put on hold for 45 minutes a woman finally answers ask me how I got the number and hangs up in my face I will say they will gladly call you repeatedly and annoy you for you to buy something from them but when it comes to them helping you actually out they don't

I placed an order on 7th November the order went through on my end $648 was withdrew from my account however I never received a confirmation email or order number. Every time I call they say a supervisor will call and no one ever does. Do not order from this company. I have yet to receive a refund for this part.

I am trying to contact you guys about a part that I ordered for a customer. Every time I try to send a request email through, it says my email is invalid which is not. I cannot seem to find a phone number either. I need some sort of information about the order so I can insure my customer gets it at the original ETA.

I ordered a full axle assembly when the part arrived I noticed heavy damages to the the backing plate hub of the axle assembly. I called first requesting a refund which they were willing to do but I need my truck running now and didn't know they were going to send me a broken part. They claim that that part of the axle is not included in the warranty but I ordered a full axle assembly and I'm trying to get part of my money back and have a mechanic use that money to fix the damages to the part so I can get my truck running quickly. On the phone with both my mechanic and automotix several times this morning they were arguing semantics but when you look it up online or just know what you're talking about that backing plate is part of the axle pressed into it you would have to remove The hub and the axle from the assembly to repair it. Their policy seems more important than customer satisfaction trying to get a partial refund back so they save money shipping it back and giving me a full refund but they didn't seem to want anything of it I'm going to continue trying to call them because I would like to take this part and put it on my truck after repairing the damages they cause to it before they even shipped it knowing full well that it was a damaged part that would have hundreds of dollars of repairs needed to be done to it before it could be put on a vehicle

The transmission that I bought for my Range Rover from this company is defective and they were not interested to fix or send the part that was broken so l am now stuck with a Bad transmission and wasted over 3500 dollars. I warned you Don't ever do business with this company because the company is a scam

I ordered an engine assembly that had 69k miles on it. My mechanic looked at the engine discover that it does not fit my vehicle. So I call these guys and was told they will send out a replacement engine which now has 86k miles on it. I ask the customer service guy is there a price difference? He told me no it look like they sale for the same price. Once I got off the phone with him. I went to the website and found the engine he was talking about $500 dollars cheaper than the one I originally bought. Like this guy didn't care that you are about to inconvenience me and this mechanic shop for another week or so. Cause now they're not going to ship the replacement engine out until they pick up the other engine that they delivered. Should have been refunded the $500 dollars plus and additional discount for the inconvenience.

They sent me the wrong part twice. I went on the website and used the contact us tab, filled out the form identifying the return, and then find out later that you have to call to return. Why put a return option on the contact us page? No follow up. Seems crooked, when I called they said they could do nothing about it. I'm out 350$ because they don't honor what they promise.

This transaction was flawless from start to finish. The transmission I ordered was promptly shipped direct to the repair shop of my choice.
Transmission is working great! I would definitely recommend them

The advertisement said New Radiator and it was not a new radiator. I and pissed! I was charged $85 for the radiator and $145 for shipping. I received the package 2 days from when I ordered it which was a plus. It was wrapped in bubble wrap but dirty and greasy.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. What went wrong it says lol what didn’t go wrong is the real question. I Got an engine delivered to the shop. The first thing they do is call me and say “hey the engine we received we’re looking at it and all the wire harnesses connection have been cut”. So that was additional fees on top of already paying labor cost to get it installed. So I drive the car and the engine light comes on and it starts making an excessive noise coming from the engine. I take it to the dealership and come to find out the engine is bad and they recommend a new engine as the fix. Automotix said they had to send an inspector out and they did. He came and inspected the engine and said it was bad but he didn’t communicate anything with me or the dealership. The dealership called me and stated that they were face to face with a new engine and were waiting on my word to proceed with the process of installment. So I contacted Automotix about covering labor cost because I just spent 3 grand to get the previous one installed so I couldn’t afford to spend that again. They told me they were unable to do that and I was unable to speak to someone higher up in the company. They would contact him for me and ask him to reach out to me. I’ve been waiting for that call for over a month now and I have called several times in between and received the same response. This company seems fraudulent for sure. I think they are scamming people out of their money. They also stated that when purchasing online which everyone will do , because who calls to make a purchase? It isn’t stated that you will have to purchase a separate warranty to cover labor cost on the site. To do so you will have to call automotix. This was told to me after multiple phone calls of trying to resolve the issues. Who’s gonna call right after it states that you have coverage when you purchase a product from a supposedly reputable company? So DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT do business with this company. Bad engines, poor customer service, no refund or resolve. Asked to speak with a supervisor on numerous occasions, and the response that was given was “we don’t do that here.” Biggest SCAM of all time.

I purchase a rear axle from this vendor. Scheduled delivery 11/22/23. On that day I had staff ready to unload that parts. "NO SHOW" tracking showed it was local. After the Thanksgiving holiday I contacted the delivery company.... Re-scheduled for 11/28/23... Called supplier (9am) and they verified delivery.... Got a call at 1pm, cancelling delivery...
PROBLEM: Unit was shipped back to vendor and I was billed $300. Re-stocking fee.

LKQ is a scam they are stupid . screwing people out of money for mistakes they have made .. don’t have a issue that you have to return a part because you will lose money no matter what the problem is

I ordered an engine that was shipped from California. Now mind you I had ordered 3 engines before this one and all 3 were fine no issues. However the time expressed for delivery was fine no issues there, when I got it I unwrapped it and put on the engine stand. Like most I gave it a once over the turned the engine by hand yo make sure it was free and clear (no binding). All was good untill bubbles started coming out of the exhaust manifold....I was shocked. So I did little more digging. Turns out the motor had "water" yes water inside the cylinders. I don't know why. But long story short this simple motor swap has now turned into a complete engine rebuild for a
Honda Civic!! 🤦‍♂️ needless to say I will not be ordering engines from here anymore. Cost my customer more money and looks bad on me because I recommended this company. I only wish I could post pictures to show the condition of the inside of this motor... very disappointing.

I will never recommend this company of any parts. They sale used parts without making sure the part even work. I purchased apart for 120 that cost 420 to fix because they are super negligent in the parts they are selling. They are selling anything and not caring if it works or not! I will never purchase anything from them again or recommend them for nothing. They sale yes faulty parts and u will foot the bill all by yourself!

Believe all the bad reviews, the business is horrible, I was shipped a rear axle assembly, I refused delivery once arriving at the house, horrible condition, all seals leaking, immediately contacted them and had to jump through hoops for 2 weeks to get my money back, 5 phone calls, 8 emails, avoid them at all cost

What a scam.. asking for a refund and they havent did my order yet. They told me to download this app name ANYDESK. It's an app that i'll let them control or give them access to my phone and o told them i dont want to this routh so they have another one told me to go on laptop and search for UPRAVIEWER.net same sh!t i keep teeling them send my miney back and told me we cant the only thing we can send nack your money os you have to go thru the app or link that they told me, ended up not giving my money back!!! Scammer like this got no place in this world!!i sended you couple hundreds hopefully you can sleep at night peacefully and i bet i not the person you've done this!! These guys are crooks. I ordered a differential that was for a Chevy and they sent me a Ford Diff. For weeks I could get through on the phone. And no responses by email. When I finally got someone on the phone they said, "it's been more than 30 days". Super frustrating.
