Decided to try eBay automation after a friend mentioned how much less crowded it felt compared to Amazon. The team took that opening and ran with it, building out a store with products that had genuine demand but far less competition than I expected. Eleven months in and the margins have stayed healthier than I anticipated, mostly because they avoided the saturated categories everyone else seems to chase. Communication has been steady throughout and nothing about the process has felt neglected. A genuinely underrated platform handled by a team that clearly knows how to take advantage of that.
