All I can say is Wow! Monica is simply amazing. She fought for me and got a great settlement for my diminished value on my Jeep. With out her I would of gotten less than a 3rd of what they gave me. If you need someone to go to bat for you look no further. I truly can't say enough. My experience was perfect.

Autoloss was amazing
Autoloss was amazing. State Farm tried to give me only $700 for diminished value. Autoloss turned that into $2900. A gigantic increase. They filed the report and helped me thru the process. I am very happy with them. I told my body shop about them too. Gary Friss

Excellent use of $350
Excellent use of $350. Autoloss completed a through diminished value report and submitted to Allstate. I had to do a little work in coordinating the claim but I received thousands of dollars. Very impressed with autoloss. Dennis h

I am very satisfied with the services provided.
The insurance company initially determined there was no diminished value and weren't going to pay out on my claim, however after submitting my appraisal report from Monica they agreed to negotiate a settlement.
I would definitely recommend Auto loss to anyone searching for a Diminished value appraiser

I called a few diminished value companies. Monica was the only owner that called me back. Within 24 hours I received a diminished value appraisal. State Farm sent me a check for thousands. Arlene

I was very impressed with autoloss
I was very impressed with autoloss. The owner answers the phone and knows her stuff. I signed up and received the diminished value report the next day. I was able to settle the claim for $6000.

I wouldn’t use this service
I wouldn’t use this service. They are really bad at handling case. I paid $300 for the service to do a car “diminished value” claim however I ended up doing all the back and forth with the insurance myself. I would stay away from this site/service.
