Meh. They’ve copied a website or an old one and not updated. There website said it was suitable for my car yet the manufacturer site said it wasn’t. To be fair they were going to let me refund but I had to purchase additional parts for my tool. Not from here (cheaper elsewhere). Non-contactable. Only email and that gets read every 24hrs. Yeah thanks but no thanks. Will shop elsewhere next time.

Fast delivery and so far the OBD scanner works really well. No issues at all, very satisfied with this purchase.

The Auto Lines team called me to make sure I was getting the right device for my vehicle.

Website showed many in stock. Truth was none in stock. 5-7 day delay, so Express post was a waste of time.
Offered another brand and discount the express post. Website still showed many in stock.

Autolines is happy to accept my $449 online order, but more than two weeks later and no delivery has me asking them where is it?

Item turned up, was as expected. Was starting to stress hard very limited communication and the recent reviews, but I got it!. Would recommend communicating with customers much quicker and maybe fix your phone.

Well it arrived promptly and appears to be easy to use and so far all functions I need are there so it’s a thumbs up for me

I went to the trouble of giving them all to info on my vehicle and they said that this FoxWell NT710 was the one I needed and they said it would read it no problem, I received it and followed all the setup procedures outlined on the manual Register, create the account, update and chose my first free vehicle but it still did not read my vehicle so upon checking I found that it only had the protocols for 2011, 2012,2014 and 2015 Nissan files, My vehicle is a 2004 Nissan Patrol ZD30DDTi GU y61 3.0 Ltr wagon and they had all this info, to there credit I have logged a compliant and there are looking into it so the issue is as of yet not resolved, they and I have sent this problem to FoxWell to find out what is going on and come up with a fix for it or I will request a refund of my money and send me an RA. If possible I will up this review to give you guys the out come, also it stated Life Time Fee updates that's a load of rubbish if you want it to read a vehicle you have to pay for that file first and download it and that goes for every vehicle that you want to use it on

Haven't used it yet but it should be OK as advised.
