ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Roger was my agent and From start to finish. He was wonderful. He’s very soft-spoken very nice guy. He’s honest about everything. Told me everything that would go on from start to finish. I received the carrier. INFINIX TRUCKING INC. My driver was Leo, another outstanding person who stayed in contact with me through the whole process from picking up the car from my sister‘s house in Savannah Georgia to bringing it to me in Brooklyn, New York. I would recommend this company to everyone if you need to transport your vehicle, I trust them wholeheartedly because they were very honest with no surprises in upcharges or fees. I actually got my vehicle a day early. thank you so much to Roger and thank you so much to Leo. You both get five stars from me.

Nightmare experience. 0 stars if I could. They contracted a bunch of different drivers. Pickup date was 3 days late and 200 dollars over the original quote because I requested specific equipment because of the condition of the car. They came without the equipment, no notice to me. Dropped the car off and damaged the car and my driveway. Settled on paying me for damages, but never actually paid me. They refuse to give me the name of the company that was the actual carrier or any insurance information so I am now talking to their surety broker. Ive moved a lot of cars with a lot of different brokers and companies. Gavin personally sucks and so does this company.

I did worked with Matt Miller. He was very exceptional and professional. He was very upfront, even when he found a trucking company and the rate charged, he was professional and discussed with me. Roger helped us transport our car from College Station Tx to Durham North Carolina. His follow up and follow through was excellent. Very prompt at getting back to you and kept us up to date on the carrier. We have another car that will need to be transported once our house sales and we will use him again.

My experience was damn near perfect with no faults on the shipping companies side. Auto haul direct was definitely my best choice and super affordable for the quality of service. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in my circle. Definitely a sigh of relief coming from a first time costumer and car owner. My agent also, Gavin was super flexible and very transparent with delivery estimates and such. 5/5 from me!

This car transport service was professional, competent and friendly. The process was timely and smooth and even though the final amount due was more than the original quote, it was still reasonable by comparison. I was quite satisfied with the experience.

Did an outstanding job, the process was smooth, very affordable and in fact was $400 less then my own insurance companies cost to tow my vehicle.
My vehicle was handled with the utmost care and was delivered to my home quickly and efficiently.
