Do not use these scam merchants. They insist they’re based in the UK but they’re another Chinese con. Yes, the antenna finally arrived but like a lot of Chinese cons that state “fits all cars” they like mine DO NOT FIT. Contacted the various names they go under such as AutoDriveUK, TitanDriveUK and contact.neodrive no reply from any of them and they have suddenly disappeared.
the item took 14+ days to arrive, I charged the battery, connected the tools that were provided, I could get better results from a hairdryer than whats portrayed as a super powerful hoover. Not all the tools fit the "hoover"
I am disappointed and would defo not recommend this product. Ill try to contact the seller n see what they come up with.
Product absolute rubbish and expensive. Sent emails for a return form but no response at all.

It is not a UK company. I ordered what was advertised:-Shark Car Antenna Amplifier – Superior Radio Reception.
When fitted, the in-car radio stopped working completely. They have got you trapped regarding a refund; you have to send it back to a place in the USA, pay for postage & provide bank details. This, to me, is a red flag. Nobody is getting my bank details.

Product ordered from what i thought was a UK company.
Item shipped from China and when delivered it was not the item I ordered GL170. what I received was some Chinese knock off.
To be eligible for a refund I have to return product at my expense to an American address along with all my bank details.

Waited delivery of goods for some time, then got Email stating hold on goods reason being that no phone number had been provided at tine for ordering ?

I have since tried to contact them through Email reply service but all I get is unable to send
Do not under any circumstances purchase from them
Its not a UK Company and in the stated delivery time goods not even in transit. Full of excusses.
