Sold me a faulty car being very unprofessional and I don’t understand why on earth a business would run through scamming innocent people

I went there to buy a car. I paid by bank transfer. Before I left I have checked the car and there were 2 serious faults. I decided not to have this car and requested refund. They said that the money reach my account within 3-4 days. Today is 8 days after and still no money. They blocked my number so I can't even call them and ask. Avoid those frauds at all cost!!!

What a joke of a company!! Don't go anywhere near them!!!! I've only given them 1 star because I can't leave none!!!! They have no morals.

Didn’t actually buy of auto for you Tralee,I was very interested in a 162 Toyota hilux asked for a price on my trade in and got a low price but as the hilux was ok priced I took it,so then when I enquired if they’d take bank draft they went totally quiet in the meantime they increased the price on hilux on Donedeal by 2k and eventually when I did get reply he dropped his offer on my trade in by 1k..I think they did me a favour and the hilux still for sale my advice to anyone is don’t go near it

I looked at 2 Vehicles both were FILTHY DIRTY with dog hair, skin and excrement. Having arranged to view 6 vehicles I was told after looking at the first 2, I could no longer see the other 4. I had spoken to the Manager that morning and he agreed if I didn't mind waiting while they brought each car to their 'office location', (by the way don't try finding it on your own, there is no sign outside, no parking.. and Google Maps can only find their 'garage' address 'around the corner' that is listed on Autotrader), that I could view all 6 I had chosen.
I had made an appointment, had an agreement with the manager and had driven 3+ hours to buy a car.. the salesperson became insulting, rude and what he thought was intimidating when I asked to view the next car. The vehicle photos look fantastic in their adverts, the mechanical details listed on each vehicle look great too...
Don't trust either or buy from this company unless you have a bottomless pocket and great sense of humour!

Funny I was looking at a car in Kildare 131 black audi and it had over 160k on it and within days it's in kerry with 150k on it stay away from these morons pure scam they have a few audi a4 in kerry for sale at the min.i have pic of add and car

Total rip off. Warning! Do not buy your car from these guys/dealership. Totally unprofessional and disgusting customer service.Bought a vehicle from them only to have problems and now it's going to the scraps.Thank you for wasting and stealing my money.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!They need to close down! Don't know how they are still in business!Shocking!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. I paid for TTL plus document handling fee of $150. Well, he did not handle the documents very well at all. After 30 days and no receipt of title or plates, I called. He gave an excuse that the agency is just so busy and backlogged. Little did I know that this was only the first excuse in what would be countless other excuses. I think the guy never even had a title. So I was stuck with getting a bonded title. This cost me more money including paying the TTL all over again because the agency NEVER got their money even though I paid a fee for document processing. Stay away from this guy. He'll take your money but will not deliver all the goods.

Extremely unprofessional and rude sales staff, displaying untidy vehicles without leaving any notes on vehicles. I doubt he is interested in selling vehicles.

Vorsicht Gefährliche Werkstatt !!!!
Bremsen an der Verschleißgrenze wurden nicht getauscht.
Dazu noch ein Kühlerschlauch abgegangen nachdem ich ca. 1km von der Werkstatt weg war.
Bei Anruf und nachfrage wurde das ganze abgetan und man hätte jetzt keine Zeit.
Auto4you die Werkstatt die man sich nicht antun sollte.

Dieser Betrieb ist nie um eine Ausrede verlegen.
Es wird viel gesagt und nicht annähernd das gehalten was gesagt wird.
Ausstattung wurde mehr angegeben um den Kunden auf den Hof zu locken.
Bei der Nachbesserung wurden Schäden am Fahrzeug verursacht.
Jedoch wird dies auf den Kunden abgewälzt und behauptet das war schon.
Lassen sie sich nicht täuschen und kaufen sie besser wo anders.
Die Werkstatt ist leider noch schlimmer und der Meister hat keinerlei Ahnung von dem was er macht.
Ich als Kunde mußte dem Meister erklären was er zu tun hat.
Schrauben wurden nicht mehr angezogen , was natürlich bei einem Auto nicht sein darf. ( Ist ja kein Bobby Car )
Folgeschäden Inklusive , um die sich der Kunde selber kümmern darf.
Es gibt in Berlin mehr als genug Seriöse Händler und Werkstätten , besser wo anders hingehen.( Ist auch sicherer )
