Very pleased with the customer service received from all the doctors during all my son’s appointments: he felt very confortable during all tests and the doctors explained everything with details and made sure I didn’t have any questions. The admin staff was also very helpful and friendly.

my doctor was so lovely and understanding he took time to hear me and understand my concerns. His professionalism's and mannerisms was outstanding I’m so glad i chose this clinic for my son who has been diagnosed with autism.

Esa warmed to Dr Taylor very quickly and I could see he was very comfortable in the new environment by his behaviour. Dr Taylor was professional in his mannerisms and talked us through the objective of the appointment making the process very clear to comprehend. He listened and asked questions making us feel very comfortable in imparting information to him in regards to our son. His attitude and demeanour towards Esa was amazing, even when Esa continued to pinch his armpits! His feedback was informing and advice on the next steps is welcomed. Thank you very much

Amy was kind, warm and welcoming to our 12yo son and I (mum), and was very good at adapting her approach (play, scenarios, conversation) based on my son’s age and needs. Amy was also very skilled, knowledgable, informed, and reassuring. Thank you.

Geeat clinic. My son wasn’t a straight forward case they took a little longer and the wait was killing me BUT Dr R went above and beyond to make sure he got the right result for my son! I am so pleased I chose this clinic
