Since my initial review, the experience has totally gone downhill. I am bombarded with webinar invitations - all which are intended for new subscriptions. My webpage doesn't have any support contact information - only AI 'how-to'; my supposed 'rep' also doesn't have contact information. The books themselves are nice but no way to contact help.
