When It came time to check out and pay for my Dryframe jacket, it took 3-4 tries over a couple of days to connect to that part of the web sight.In the meantime I was looking at other jackets online.

I had a hooded sweatshirt that I bought at least 15 years ago and, since it was stained, I wanted another one exactly like it. The service rep found the style from a photo I sent and I ordered it. I'm very happy!

Amazing delivery and customer service…
Delivery is AMAZING. I ordered for myself and my husband Friday night. I got a notice that my order shipped the very next day, and my package arrived on Monday! The shipping was faster than the estimated delivery time so it was a really welcome surprise.
The customer service team is just awesome. I called to ask a question and was able to get through right away. She was super kind and helpful.
The product itself is really great, too. I’ve been a fan of dryframe for years, and the koi tees I just got fit perfectly. Overall a really amazing experience and will definitely be ordering again!

New fave t-shirts
New fave t-shirts! These arrived so fast, and the price was great! I used the size chart to determine my size and the fit is very good. The size I ordered fits nicely as a looser fit. I think I could easily fit one size down for a closer fit. What I really like about the cut is that the v-neck is not too low or wide. It does not gape open when I move. The poly-cotton blend fabric allows it to go through the dryer worry free. I will order more. I recommend these t-shirts.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Took 10 emails when it should have been 2. The replacement jacket I received seems way thinner and no way like the original.
