STACY WHATSAPP ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS!!!

I did not realise to use your Autel you HAVE to pay a yearly subscription - otherwise it’s useless.

I messaged with Stacy via their WhatsApp chat line and she offers me a discount, once I’ve supplied my credit card details!!

Then she deletes the messages and says she knows nothing and I must of been talking with another agent… when she’s the only WhatsApp agent.

Do not buy these. Only good for a year and then £400 down the drain unless you renew £120 sub each year.

Very bad quality product. The drone broke the first time I used it. They don't have any warranty. Never reply emails. I have to recover amount by my bank.

I ordered a diagnostic machine over two weeks ago which did not arrive. Every step of the order process I've been chasing them and my last few messages have gone unanswered. I'm out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. Scammers! Zero customer service!

Excellent service. Speedy response to all queries. Great follow up. Despite being away the dealer was so supportive and resolved my issues. I had two machines. First one was slow and hence was send back ages ago to the dealer from where I bought. Then I bought another one from same dealer. I then bought the update tcp from autel sales. Unfortunately as the old machine was saved in my autel ID the update went to that..so basically the update got added to the machine that I didn't have. I was so worried. As I didn't know what happened. Then I emailed the team . She texted me on Whatsapp and we found what went wrong . But on few days, they resolved the whole crisis and my autel system is now updated and running. I am very grateful for the support and help. Good luck team
