Australian Beauty School Recensioni 

Due to financial Hardship, I have been trying to cancel my course but they keep making me jump through hoops and go round in circles. I can no longer afford this course and it has really cause me anxiety. No one is able to cancel my course or put it on hold. Really not happy.

kirsty was bubbly, easy to communicate with and very thorough in her delivery, loved the chat!

she was absolutely wonderful, thorough and kind. explained to me everything I needed to know and gave me tips, genuinely such a refreshing and in-depth experience for coursework!

I'm generally not one to write a negative review about a business but I feel as though I have no other choice. I enrolled in a course with Australian Beauty School as I wanted to start a new hobby.

There is a 3 day cooling off period once you enrol in a course. After that, should you wish to withdraw from the course due to personal circumstances or financial reasons (you shouldn't even have to justify why you want to withdraw from a course) you cannot withdraw from the course. It is much easier withdrawing from a University degree!

Apparently Australian Beauty School thinks it is a bigger educational institution than a University. Regardless of sending them multiple emails explaining my situation, they could not careless about your well-being. They responded stating that they "simply cannot withdraw you from your course as we invest a lot of time and effort into our students education". I am still confused as to what exactly they invest their time in as they are very cunning at recruiting students. All they care about is financial gain.

They will send you a generic condescending email response that starts with "We're sorry to hear that you are going through a hard time". Therefore, I have reported this business to the ACCC.

Seeing as these people are shameless and could not care less about their student's, I assume that they are fine with me publicly announcing their names, even after I have them seven business days to process my request and informed them that I would be complaining to ACCC and writing negative reviews. I spoke to the following people via email - Nick, Kyle Best and Bertina.

Whatever you do, I urge you NOT to enrol in any courses with Australian Beauty School because once you've enrolled in a course, you are essentially locked in and will be forced to pay for a course, even if you are unable to complete it. You are much better off enrolling in a course through TAFE.

Please do NOT waste your time with this institution. I would hate for you to be in a similar situation and waste your hard earned money.

I spoke with Jessica and she was so helpful and thorough with the entire enrollment process! She's made me more confident in my decision to enroll and she was just a very pleasant person to talk to. I'm so excited to begin!

Everyone I have spoken to have been fantastic. Happy to answer any question you have and have made sure I am comfortable with my decision. They don’t rush anything and take you through step by step on how to get started. Super happy with my decision.

The Aus beauty school have been so patient and kind through out this whole experience, I’m so grateful that Kristy was so fun to talk to and very understanding with me. She gave a great welcoming and would 100% recommend

10/10 would recommend! Everyone I have spoken with from Australian Beauty School have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and excited in starting the Professional Makeup Artistry Course.
During my ‘welcome call’ I spoke with Kirsty, she was an absolute delight to speak with and was very informative and helpful with the enrolled courses. She took me through a step by step of the platform and covered all bases necessary. I’m excited to be apart of the Australian Beauty School and am confident to excel in the course with the help of all the tutors =)

The ladies were knowledgeable and informative in answering questions and providing information without the overload. They were easy to understand and helpful.

Course was dodgy, tutors weren’t understandable and u get stuck paying for the whole course if it’s not for you.

this course was really helpful as someone who had no idea about lashes when i first started and it was very detailed easy to use for someone who isn’t very handy with a computer i found it really easy to have a go at it and i would definitely recommend this school for anyone wanting to take a course in beauty subjects
