Great price, quick service!
We were specifically looking for Ausjet inks for our printer. AUSTiC's prices were excellent, and we received the product within a couple of days - very quick, given the current delays in mail due to COVID.

Good communication
Was a bit annoyed that the website did not say what I was ordering was out of stock, and I only found out after committing to the purchase. However, the communication and follow up after that was very good, and my purchase was shipped as soon as new stock arrived.
