Our first time going to the shop, all staff were friendly and welcoming, it was busy but service was quick
We got the amazing manager who took her time, provided drinks and explained all the options

Great experience
Katie was extremely helpful. We had an appointment but had mixed up the date, she was so understanding and helpful. We were wedding band shopping and Katie gave us lots of advice and options to try on, nothing was too much. She also cleaned our engagement rings for us whilst we were there.
