Ring purchase
Went in the leeds store and was served by a lovely guy called Fergus. We purchased an engagement ring and a pair of wedding rings, Fergus was polite ,friendly and helpful, He listened to what our requirements where and was very knowledgeable with both the metals and stones. Not once was he pushy with his advice and sales, he asked our budget and kept within this. We left the store very happy and can't wait for our rings to be delivered which we where also given a choice for as we could have collected them. We traveled from Hull to the leeds store and it was definitely worth the travel, we would highly recommend this store and sales person

I love, love Austen and Blake, my Fiance proposed to me with my dream engagement ring! A Marquise Diamond!!! I remember telling my partner the time Selena Gomez got engaged and I said to him "omg! Selena Gomez got engaged with my dream ring! A marquise diamond" and my fiance listened! I'm so happy! I cannot thank Gabrielle at A&B enough for her help with assisting my partner customise my dream ring, she was so helpful and one of the bubbliest people I've ever met. We'll definitely be going back to see Gabrielle assist us with our wedding rings.

Lovely staff and beautiful selection
We went in today to look for a wedding band, I have quite a uniquely shaped engagement ring and so was anticipating it being a challenge to find something that worked alongside. However the appointment with Fergus was so helpful, he answered all our questions and was so friendly yet professional. He brought out a selection of samples that were all so beautiful and worked really well with my unique engagement ring. It was a lovely experience with Fergus and I would highly recommend!

Best jewellery shop in Leeds
Great shop. We went to 10+ jewellery shops in Leeds and Austen & Blake was by far the best. Nicky took the time to talk us through the products, explain what it is that we were looking for, and gave us all the information we needed when reviewing our choice of dimond quality. 5* in all aspects. This place stood out by a country mile whilst on the search for an engagement ring. Nicky was outstanding in what she does. The service was impeccable. Austen and Blake’s have your best interests at heart and you don’t feel like you’re just “another customer”. Couldn’t recommend enough. First rate!
We booked an appointment with the Leeds store to buy a diamond wedding ring and from the beginning, the communication has been excellent. We saw Katy who was really professional. She made us feel really welcome and comfortable and gave us honest advice and guidance as we navigated the many choices. Absolutely appalling quality and…
Absolutely appalling quality and service. I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring from them. (One of their largest diamond sets and most costly).
We went there for wedding rings, my fiancés ring was fine but mine was really poorly made so it was sent back. 4 weeks went by (this was escalated apparently) and it came back to the Leeds store, it was still really poorly made again. It has now arrived back again after many more weeks and it’s still really poorly made. We left months of spare time but now we’re one month from the wedding and I have no ring! The manufacturing and quality control are shoddy. My fiancé also had her engagement ring resized. They said 2-3 weeks, it took 5. High price, low quality. Very poor indeed.

Katy made our dream ring come true!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Katy at the Leeds Austen & Blake store to design our bespoke engagement ring, and she was phenomenal from start to finish.
What could have been a daunting or overwhelming experience became something truly enjoyable and memorable thanks to her.
From the first appointment, Katy made us feel completely at ease. She listened carefully, never rushed us, and no request was too much. She treated every detail with care and gave us clear, honest advice on pricing, timelines, and quality throughout. The beautiful ring itself was ready ahead of schedule, which may have been lucky, but also speaks to how smoothly everything was run. The ring itself is magnificent and we are so impressed with the quality and design details. Honestly could not even have imagined it turning out as well as it did, we were blown away.
We came in with no real idea of what to expect, and left with something more perfect than we could have imagined. We’ll be recommending Austen & Blake, and especially Katy, to anyone thinking about a custom design.

Booked an engagement ring appointment with Charlotte in the Leeds store. She was absolutely incredible - she was very knowledgeable and patient with us, showing us all the options and explaining even the smallest of details with us, without making us feel rushed. The experience was amazing !!
With her guidance we found the perfect engagement ring and even a wedding band for my partner. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend to everyone!

Great experience
We were well looked after by Gabrielle and Nicky from arriving in the shop through to purchasing a necklace and bracelet.
We were not rushed or pressurised at any time which made the experience very enjoyable.
Both were very professional and friendly and Gabrielle went above and beyond to make sure my wife was able to purchase what she had hoped for.
We would recommend and definitely use again.

Wedding ring appointment with…
We had a wedding ring appointment with Gabrielle. She was wonderful, putting us both at ease straight away. She looked out styles we liked ahead of time and went through all the options in store to fit our needs. She went through all the options in terms of gemstone quality and diamond clarity etc. and is clearly very knowledgeable. She also made sure we had the correct ring sizing.
