I cannot fault them enough, from start to finish, Tamara at the Bristol branch was so welcoming and helpful and constantly kept in touch with me during the process. Without her I don’t feel like the engagement would have happened, she feels like a massive part
of the reason it happened. The ring design was perfect and exceeded my expectations, my Fiancé loves it and is so happy. I proposed in Reykjavik (ICELAND) around the Bay Area, with volcanoes in the background and it was perfect.

A really enjoyable appointment with Tamara to buy an engagement ring. We went in with a rough idea of what we wanted and Tamara was able to offer great advice and show us our options while being conscious of our budget. Highly recommend purchasing an engagement ring with Austen and Blake. Tamara from Bristol was incredibly helpful. As I wanted to keep it a surprise, it was initially a bit daunting but Tamara made navigating the whole experience a lot easier. I went to three different jewellers for a lab grown diamond and A&B were by far my favourite. And my fiancé loves her ring!

It's an experience... You're not just another shopper.
What an amazing experience We had choosing the most perfect ring. Tamara was brilliant and a total credit to your company.
I was weary at first because I hadn't heard of this company and that It was best to make an appointment. Tamara emailed me before the appointment, which really helped me feel more comfortable. Tamara's service was impeccable and I really cannot thank her enough for helping me choose the absolutely, most sparkly bridal set.
My husband, was so impressed he bought me a beautiful necklace as a wedding gift.
My mum in law also bought a beautiful ring. It's an experience.... you're not just another shopper walking into a store.

Exceptional diamond engagement ring purchasing
I had the pleasure of buying a very special engagement ring for my now Fiancée with Tamara and Sharon. They were very accommodating to my needs in keeping this a surprise, communicating via email. Tamara also went above and beyond sending me pictures/videos of a similar ring I was very interested in that a client of theirs purchased. They also were very kind in letting my mother and sister come with me on a separate appointment to help me choose. Sharon then educated me on picking the diamond and in my own opinion, selecting the perfect Carat size for the ring. I cannot recommend them enough and I greatly thanks Tamaran and Sharon. Austen and Blake are a far better option than other high street chains. I can only imagine how much of a better price I got through Austen and Blake, whilst also selecting my own individual diamond for this bespoke ring.

Austen & Blake were a joy to deal with. The engagement ring I purchased was absolutely perfect and my fiancée was thrilled. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, but the customer services team were very prompt in arranging the free re-sizing and kept me informed of the progress. We love our wedding rings
We came across Austen&Blake whilst looking for wedding rings and found out that they have a branch in Bristol. An appointment was quickly booked over the website, which was very convenient.
Our Sales Consultant Tamara was very professional, lovely, personal and bubbly; which made us feel incredibly welcome. She prepared the rings we wanted to look at and helped us with great expertise when we requested to see additional designs. She had a large quantity of different rings on-site from which she would select what we may could like. This helped us not to feel overwhelmed by the quantity of rings and to find the ones we loved. A very great thank you to Tamara for being the best person we could have had to choose our wedding rings, you are so unique and fantastic in what you do!
After roughly 3 weeks we received our rings via dpd (delivery with passcode), nicely boxed and with the certificates sent per email. Our experience with Austen&Blake and Tamara from start to finish was smooth and without any issues at all. If we ever need jewellery for a different occasion in the future, we will happily return.

Mixed experience .
I would like to express how my experience when selecting the ring was excellent . Tamara in particular was so attentive to details and answered all questions to help you feel empowered and confident to make the right choice .
However , the company itself dampened this experience . After choosing the perfect ring and agreeing the set price as details on screen during the transaction . It later transpired the company website had displayed the incorrect price and appeared much cheaper than what the ring was worth. Rather than honouring this mistake and with no other price discussed. They would rather lose business and customer overall satisfaction and would not proceed with the sale until the outstanding balance was paid .
Again , Tamara was excellent who was the sales advisor involved and did everything to help resolve the issue to no avail .
