Crystal's help and kindness. I was trying to book a campervan from the UK and I just needed assistance.

Fabulous company to deal with, made our booking a breeze which helped as we’re in NZ. Sadly we had to cancel due to the war and fuel shortages but quickly reimbursed. Happy to use at a later time if we book another motorhome holiday. Big thanks to Crystal whose help went above and beyond. Very very highly recommend.

From pre-booking to follow-up after my hire, I found Aussie Campers extremely helpful, responsive and professional. Before booking I had a query about the suitability of the vehicle I wished to hire and it was great to get a quick response from an Australian based company. During our trip, we had a serious problem with the Indie Campers vehicle we hired through Aussie Campers. On return from our trip I made contact with Indie Campers seeking restitution from them. It was very difficult dealing with Indie Campers who are based in Europe and basically tried to fob me off. I contacted Aussie Campers again and they were extremely helpful and supportive in my attempts to obtain a just settlement from Indie Campers. It was only after Aussie Campers contacted Indie Campers head office in Europe to advocate for me, that Indie Campers eventually made an offer of a reasonable settlement. I am very grateful for the effort Aussie Campers made to support me and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to hire a camper and appreciates honest local support.

I want to thank Crystal for helping an old man. I booked an indie campervan from aussie and im glad i did. I could not find indie's contact number and Crystal helped me with all the questions i had. She kept me updated everyday. Her service was impeccable.

Rented a campervan for 10 days through this company yet ended up picking it up from thl. The van was fine. The pick up was terrible. The van wasn't ready until an hour later. A $5000 deposit was taken from my credit card. The company had the benefit of my money for over 2 weeks. When the money was eventually returned I lost £100 or $200. My credit card company doesn't charge international fees, it was purely the difference between buying and selling currency. There has to be a better way. A small holding charge for example. I feel ripped off. Also latest return of van is 3 pm. Yet couldn't collect and drive away until 10 am. What kind of customer service is this??
