After sales service is second to none. Bernie was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me. I would highly recommend Aus- Cameras to anyone. I purchased the DJI Mavic Pro Platinum bundle. Great value. I will definitely buy from this company again.

This is my first purchase from Aus Cameras, My Mavic pro was delivered 4 days from being in stock. Very happy. One battery had a charging fault and again Bernie came through... 5 business days from returning the battery i received a new replacement. Smooth as silk. No arguments, no making me jump through hoops like other online sellers.

I had purchased a Ronin M and had checked if the item was in stock and all was good to go ahead. But the day after I had purchased Bernie sent me an email letting me know that due to a national holiday at the location of the warehouse it would not leave for 3 days later. As this is a problem I called the Melbourne number and asked if I could cancel the order as it had not left yet. They promptly agreed and cancelled. No sooner had I talked to them I had a paypal refund email in my inbox.

Even though I have not actually bought anything from them this time I totally trust them and would purchase with them in future.

Ordered the items online and the parts were shipped as soon as funds were cleared. Great service. I would highly recommend.

The product ordered was received in good order and had very fast delivery. The product was as described and had a tracking number and all communication was well maintained through the supply of the product.

I ordered a Nikon 8x42 for birdwatching. The item was well priced and I received it after 5 days. The price was the lowest I could find. Just in time for my trip overseas.

I ordered the Sena S20 online because it was the most competitively priced item I could find anywhere in Australia and to add to that bonus, the customer service of this online retailer was simply superb starting from the order confirmation email, shipping confirmation and super fast delivery.

Told me that the item is not in their store after almost 1 week of payment is made. Also, sent me a fake tracking number. Later on i was informed that the item was not sent at all. Currently, waiting reply from their 'super fast' call centre which does not work at Australian office hours. Now I do not even know whether I shall receive my item before my trip.

My Go Pro gift order arrived promptly in the busy holiday season. Good price. Good service. I'll use this Australian business again.

My new Nikon D3200 twin lens kit arrived very quickly after ordering. Ordering was straight forward and quick. I do think you should advise customers that the camera is actually coming from Hong Kong.

What to say.. i bought my new nikon d3500 and a goPro Pole, I found a very excellent offer. I also had a misunderstanding over the delivery and the support has been great helping me till the end.
