I love the concept of this. My suggestion is that the stars should not be "green". They should be adjustable for color or just white. And, also have a very wide dimmable range. Otherwise, the product is great.

I ordered 3, one for myself and 2 others as gifts. I really love the projection and the Aurora moving across the ceiling, the stars and the moon. I have it on every night in my living room when I am relaxing or watching TV. However,, one issue and I am not going to do a return because from what I have read it is not EZ. My unit has a clicking sound that clicks about 20 times every 3-5 minutes or so. I have learned to ignore it and not sure what is causing the issue but just going to relax about it...

Beware ordering from this company. "Customer Service" is NOT very good after they process your payment.

As of today, it is almost a month since I purchased an item. The website said shipping was free, but there was an express shipping option for an additional $6. I opted for the $6 "priority shipping" option to ensure the item would arrive in a timely mater. This did not happen. The item showed up about a week after the advertised free shipping option. Aurora's initial emails told me they would NOT refund the $6 "priority shipping" charge as it was not their policy to refund shipping charges.
After a couple more emails, Aurora sent me an email last week saying they would refund my $6. Again, that was a week ago.
In 2026, this company has the technology to IMMEDIATELY take my money but they do not have the customer service commitment to correct their mistakes in a timely manner.
The product eventually arrived and works, however there are many other companies selling similar products. I have written off Aurora and their "customer service" and suggest buying from another company

I can't review this product "technically" since I haven't received it. I ordered this product a month ago (April 21, 2026) and today it's May 18th, 2026. Nothing except emails stating, "it's coming". It's been "on it's way" this whole time.

My projector arrived really quick...I think it was only a week. It's sooo cool! My adult son came for a visit a few days after I got it & he loved it so much, I sent him home w/ it! Now, I need a new one!

I didn’t know what to expect on this bc I have ordered electronic items before from non-traditional electronics stores and they have been so disappointing. The Aurora projector has been such a good purchase! I am really enjoying using it. Got one for me and my son. He loves solar systems, so the moon and stars are right up his alley. And as someone w/ADHD, it’s good for him bc it’s not overstimulating. The projector light is pretty bright, that would be the only con so far. I love all of the settings you can do. And the timer is such a nice feature! I have literally been like a kid in a toy store with this projector. Trying out all the settings! Almost a month in and I love it!

Great product delivered on time works as advertised

This projector is great, lots of options to choose from. A great way to relax and drift off to sleep, the timer function is great too.

The aurora refund policy is ludicrous! The product itself is VERY unrealistic. Every “star” is the same size, and when using the moon feature, the “stars” are in front of the moon!!!???? In addition, it adds too much light into the room to be conducive to sleep. To return the product delivered from US “free”, I would have to send it to the UK at my own expense WITH tracking! USPS CANNOT track beyond customs, and tracking from a carrier who can track it costs more than the product itself! Customer service is worthless in my case. They just reiterate the same lame instructions. DONT DO IT!

The projector is not bad. But it definitely doesn't feel like it was worth the price. The battery life is about 3 hours, and it doesn't work while plugged in. I expected for $60, a device that would last all night, or at least would continue to operate while plugged in so it could last all night with the cord. It is very quiet compared to similar, cheaper devices, so it has that going for it. Also, the "starfield" is just evenly spaced green lazer dots. Basically, I think the example usage images they show must be ai generated, because they are pretty different than what the projections actually look like in the room. Overall, while it is not so terrible that I will return it, I would not buy it again or recommend it.

I wasn’t expecting much from this, but I bought it anyway so glad I did. It is so relaxing so so soothing easy to operate. Love it and would recommend anyone else to buy one.

I have a pretty good gaming setup but I always felt it was missing something, then one day I see an ad for Aurora and thought I’d try it out. It did NOT disappoint. Not only does my setup look sick now but so does my entire room!! I also use it when I’m in bed to help me wind down, very chill vibes and would recommend for sure

I have worked a nightshift for 20 years & love the natural moon & stars. The projector is awesome . It helps me to wind down after work. No matter the weather outside I can relax to the simulated view of stars & the northern lights.plus put some of my favorite music on the built in Bluetooth speaker.

Fast shipping. The best projector we’ve ever purchased. It provides a lot of different settings. My daughter loves to choose from the many options for a night sky. When it’s placed properly, it covers the entire ceiling and the walls. I recommend this product.

Love my projector. I am a breathwork facilitator an use it when im breathing or running private sessions. Very calming an adds such a amazing sense of calm an really helps to set intentions.

The following are my opinions of aurora projector. The other one star reviews inadequately describe the misery brought to the consumer by this deceptive company. They fail to disclose the requirements for returning their products, and their 30-day risk free trial is simply inaccurate and seemingly deceptive. They hide their address to return items, and I had to beseech their customer service before being told I had to ship the product, after videoing it, to the UK from the USA, and somehow guarantee delivery to them. Their customer service is abysmal, and they prey on consumers abroad as a way to dupe them out of their money, with immense unnecessary hurdles designed to unethically increase profit margins, by discouraging returns of this overpriced product. Amazon has a far better product and return policy, in my opinion.

The aurora with the vast array of options both visual and auditory give me the options to calm my mind and body to achieve a full night of rest and recovery! I have been looking for years for way to settle my overactive brain to achieve restful and uninterrupted sleep, Aurora has helped.

Really helps me get to sleep and stay asleep, when/if I wake up in the middle of the night I find it much easier to fall back asleep with this than without.
