It's a shame that people do this, but it is what it is.
I ordered months ago. I received confirmation that it was delivered, but I was literally looking at the email at that time that it came through. So I went outside and nothing was there. There was never a doorbell ring or anything.
I disputed as best as I could (email), but to no avail.
IT'S A LOSS! IT'S A SCAM!

I ordered from this company in 1/15/2026 and they said the order was delivered in February, I have cameras at my home and no package was delivered. I asked for a refund and they said I should receive it in 20-25 business days, still no refund. This company is a scam and some how they are doing their ads/promotions sales on Tik Tok.

I have been waiting for 2 months for my order that they have claimed was delivered, yet the package NEVER came. They said their delivery service doesn't offer proof of delivery photo. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!

This is a fraudulent company when people say it's too good to be true this is too good to be true twice I have not received my property I do not recommend this company and do not buy from them I ordered my items in January 22nd and yet have I seen my package they say it's been delivered but they cannot give me a photo or the company that delivered

I place to order on January 31 as of today March 4 I have yet to receive my order. No response from the company absolutely will not order from this place again. Bad business buyer beware

I placed my order January 31. As of today March 3, 2026 I have not received my order. Me and my friend ordered from here for a trip we have coming up. Her items were marked delivered and she never received them. Mine have been sitting in the same spot for days no update. Emailed the company still no response. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and updates regarding the packages….

UPDATE: As of 3/21/2026 I still have no package but they went ahead and updated it as delivered on their end. The email on file with them does not work nor the phone number.
