SCAM COMPANY!!

SCAM COMPANY!!! Do not purchase from them!! I purchased a pair of Taylor Swift pajamas back in December 2024 that I never received, and this company has been charging my credit card $29.99 every two weeks ever since. My email does not come up when I try to cancel a membership that I never actually signed up for. I now have over $700 in fraudulent charges that I'm fighting for.

scam company! Stay away

I bought my wife a set of Taylor Swift pajamas for Christmas 2024. I just noticed that I’ve been charged $29.99 twice per month since then. Like so many others, I had no idea that this was happening. I’ve paid almost a thousand dollars to this scam company for a VIP membership I’ve gotten nothing out of. I’ve now had to cancel a debit card because their customer service is awful. Stay away from this company. I’ll be consulting with my attorney to pursue action to get my money back.

Over $700 GONE from a company I’ve never heard of!

I am in shock that I just discovered I have over $700 in charges from this company that I have NEVER heard of before. My husband happened to be doing a monthly check of our account and happened to see a charge and asked me if I knew what it was. I had no idea. After a quick google search I quickly discovered I am not the only one this is happening to except I have never heard of this company before. My bank has an app that we are able to see reoccurring charges and shockingly this has never popped up before. Why? Because they charge different days every single month and different amounts! I’ve been charged anywhere from $30/ month to $60 and $90. I cannot believe this! I’ve messaged their support email in hopes I’ll get a response and my money that is rightfully mine back!

I bought a Taylor Swift piano from this company in 2024, since then they have charged me a monthly fee of $29.99. When I purchased the product, at no point was I informed that I was signing up for any subscription or monthly payment.
I have contacted the company and asked them to cancel any further payments and refund all previous payments but have had no response from them and they have taken a further 2 payments.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I bought Taylor Swift piano for my daughter for Christmas 2024. I just discovered that this company has been charging me 29.99 monthly for a VIP membership that I never agreed to. That means I have actually been charged $390 for one small $35 toy piano. This company is a scam, the way it operates is illegal. I have sent emails and left messages that I will be pursuing legal action if I do not receive a full refund for all months that I have been charged.

I ordered items from here in Dec 2024 - the items I received were of poor quality and very late arrival - it is what it is. It is not until a year later that i Noticed they have been charging me not once but TWICE a month for a subscription fee I never agreed to. I bought something in Dec 2024 which also took weeks to receive. I started to notice I was getting charged $30 every month shortly after even though I did not sign up. I even reported it as fraud and I received new credit cards and someone I am still getting charged. I went on the website as stated and cancelled my apparent “subscription” and it stated it was cancelled yet I CONTINUE being charged. This place has SCAM written all over it. Will never buy from this place again.

I have read some of the reviews and I had the same problem as others: I ordered Taylor Swift pj's for my niece for Christmas: they came in January, and somehow, I evidently signed up for some kind of subscription for this company. $29.99 every month. The first 2 I thought was just a mistake, but then when it kept happening I called my credit card company and canceled the card. BUT this company then continued to charge the new card. I just got my bill for this card and there are 2 charges 9/08 and 9/22/2025 , both for $29.99. I want these charges REFUNDED TO ME!!

SCAM! bad product, they sneak in monthly fee

Ordered a QUILTED Christmas table runner, with what appeared to be some layered (slight 3D) fabrics in the pointsettia design. No quilting of any kind, simply a fabric print. ...AND in the "fine print" they sneek in auto-pay monthly membership of $30!!!

I have had the same issue as many others. I bought a pair of Taylor Swift pajamas for my niece in November and did not receive them for many many weeks later. My friend ordered me pajamas for Christmas and has been charged $30-$40 a month since Dec 2024 for a membership that she did not agree to. On top of it, the pajamas came super late. This is a SCAM. I really hope someone replies to this or my email so she can get her money back.

Do not buy from this store!

If I could give it a zero I would! DO NOT buy from this company it is a SCAM! I bought the taylor swift pyjamas for my sister for christmas. They arrived, however I was charged a VIP membership fee of $40 in March. I contacted the company and was assured I had been removed from the list, they ignored my further emails about a refund. I have just been charged again for a membership fee and when I contacted them they said "there were no additional charges after the purchase of the pjs" They keep giving me the run around. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying as it would have saved me so much trouble, not worth it. This company needs to be shut down! Has anyone had any luck getting a refund?
