What a great experience
What a great experience, lovely agent came to my house, she wasn't pushy just gave me the information that I needed to make a decision. The fitters arrived on time, did their work and left tidy.

Found Aura through a social media…
Found Aura through a social media platform, contacted them and got a sales call for an appointment very quickly afterwards. Then got another telephone call from their manager to confirm the booking.
Appointment time was kept on time, showed examples and brochures, really impressed with the price, product and lead time.
2 days later a surveyor came round to measure up.
Reasonable contact with customer services, as would have been like to know when installation date was coming, rather than me chasing.
Appointment scheduled for installation. Installers arrived on time and completed work in a professional manner, only a half hour lunch break on both days. Cleaned up after themselves and cleaned windows inside and out and hoovered around my house!
Lovely windows and new front door installed, have been getting lots of compliments on how beautiful they look. Great quality, great price and excellent workmanship. Very happy.

Quick to come round to quote, beats other quotes and came round to do the door and window after 2 weeks. Very Happy with our new window and door.

I had seven windows and two doors…
I had seven windows and two doors fitted and I couldn’t be happier with the process. Everything was handles professionally and the finished results exceeded my expectations. I’m very pleased with how everything turned out. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of work. I would happily recommend to anyone looking for high-quality windows and doors.

Great from start to finish
Great from start to finish, clear explenation of the process and support throughout from the sale to the installation. Fast replys, knowledgeble staff, and fitters who treated the property as if it was their own. Efficient, fast and clean installation with a quality product that does exactly what we been promised.
