My issue is the same as many. Ordered what was meant to be corduroy bell bottoms - what arrived was poorly made I think polyester - not sure of the material as the tag that was sewn onto it after it was made had been conveniently cut off. The pants were see through. When I tried to return and get a refund they wouldn't, only offering partial refund and another item free. No thanks! These guys really make you want to stop purchasing on line. Feeling defeated again. Was looking forward to the corduroy bell bottoms!

Advertised and promised orthapedic shoes, looked like AU return address. Shoes came unwrapped (no box and shoved in a post bag). They were squashed and creased. the boots didn't zip up due to dodgy quality. Nothing about these shoes were anything like advertised or photographed. Sent pictures for a return and they offered 20% refund and keep the shoes. I advised i couldn't wear the shoes as they were damaged, faulty and not orthopedic friendly and wanted a full refund. I even returned them. They wont contact customs to release them (as they need to advise it is a return.) TERRIBLE customer service, dodgy, fraudulant company. Do not go near them!!!!

Ordered dresses and then found bad reviews. Tried to cancel order less than 12 hours after order placed and they refused. Had to wait for delivery to process paypal buyer dispute as refunds were not happening. $50 return postage and 7 weeks later still no refund. Garbage quality nothing like website photos of dresses. Stay away from this company based in Hong Kong as that is the return address paypal provided. Not an australian company.

Bought some sandals from instagram. Terrible quality, not worth the $65. Too small.
Tried to return. They asked for photos!
Impossible to return. Stay away. So dodgy!!!

The quality of the shoes were terrible and then after lots and back and forth about a refund they advised I would need to pay$70 to send the items. They cost $100.

I purchased 2 pairs, 1 for a walking tour to Europe & one for when these wore out. Should have only gotten 1 and my loss would not be as bad. Deceitful company they state a 30 day money back guarantee.
They try & offer all these alternatives like pay the postage & get another pair (I wouldn't want their crap again anyway). The shoes arrived squashed as in a plastic bag, clearly a copy of another brand - I think Azure Melbourne Jack Orthopedic shoes. If your going to copy do it right. Not the quality they specified, if these were orthopedic I'd eat my hat, ripping a a bit on the elastic insert to slip on. I normally buy an 11 man's shoe & these were just all wrong in fit. I wrote to them & told them I was disappointed & was going to return them. Clearly told them by email that I was going overseas & would contact them on my return as I was concerned about the 30 day warranty. Placed the claim with Pay pal & they closed the file as I did not respond within the 30 days. I mentioned this in my file but no one reads these & days just went by the date. Pay pal is also starting to slip a bit with response to claims.

I purchased a pair of orthotic boots, they definitely were not orthotic and materials were of poor quality.
As asked I sent the boots to the supplier in China, that was 2.5 months ago and have not heard a word. I contacted Australia Post who advised me that the boots were waiting to be collected from their customs office in China by the supplier. They have not been collected.
Save your money, I would NOT recommend buying from Aura Straya.

Do not waste your money! Absolute garbage product claiming to be sandals made of plastic and cheap and nasty.

I’m happy with the customer support; they assisted me with my order inquiries, and I am satisfied with what I received. I will order again next time. More power!

I order an elegant dress and I got more than I expected. It has a high quality material use. I risk and its worth it, by the way I got it for my birthday and definitely I received before my birthday. I already recommend this website store to my friends and they also have a great feedback. And I just got my fourth order and this store never disappoint me. 🥰🤗

Shoes do NOT fit. I have wide feet and these shoes are very narrow.
I assumed this was an Australian company l, my fault for not checking.
They have a 30 day refund/return policy but they will not abide by this. After many emails they offered me a, 10% refund and I can keep the useless shoes or they can give me a 50% store credit despite not having anything I can use. I m thinking of lodging a claim to the ACCC

Product not suitable not fitting my feet, it appears company does not want to refund. State orthopaedic shoes, they are not orthopaedic shoes, cheap plastic soles. Do not even contemplating using this company.

Ordered on the 21st of October some orthopaedic shoes for my birthday and they 5th of November nothing like the described item. Plastic poor quality with an awful plastic smell. No arch support and certainly not orthopaedic. Been attempting to get a refund but only being offered partial refunds (10%) or another item if I pay shipping or a credit to the store. I assume “Jane” the women from the help line email is just ai responses as it’s the same crap constantly. Not Australian at all. Found the shoes I ordered on temu for 1/4 of the price. Beyond disappointed and angry that I didn’t read reviews first.

Update I got a refund via PayPal thank god!

I bought a matching shirt and shorts. I felt disappointed when I discovered a large hole in the pants pocket upon arrival. I had to sew it up myself. The outfit was quite expensive. It was half price, but still $85. I was expecting better quality. The clothing doesn't even have tags, so I'm unsure which way to wear the pants. It's definitely poor quality. Super disappointing. Scammed.

Misleading advertisement of what was ordered compared to what was received. They are definitely not orthopaedic quality… better of walking around barefoot!
Poor description, Poor Sizing and Poor Quality

They are very deceitful operators. Shoes described as leather were 100% polyurethane and not as they appeared in the website which appeared to be taken straight from Taos shoes. I was very foolish to buy them,

This company is a scam site the products are of poor quality . I brought boots and was told full refund on return The product came from Sydney but had to be sent by return Post to China. I did this being told that when it was received I would receive a complete refund. The product sat in China in male clearance and still hasn’t been cleared. They told me I couldn’t get a refund till it was delivered to the warehouse. They obviously have some sort of agreement with customs at the Chinese postal Service as after two months of Waiting the tracking goes cold this end of the post so there’s no tracking from Australia therefore I was out of pocket $75 for the boots and another $28 which is what it cost me to post it back plus packaging. They are very polite on their emails. They are a scam site and unfortunately people are not reading reviews and they are getting away with ripping people off for shocking quality products for quite a high price and advertised as top quality product. Do not buy from this site you will only be ripped off. it is a Chinese site with a Chinese factory that puts everything out in Australia but it is made in China and it is a extremely poor quality.

I purchased supposedly an elegant blazer, I paid $59.00 it was reduced from $200.00 and it was disgusting. The material very second rate and all out of proportion. I definitely would not be able to wear it anywhere, I was totally disappointed and told them so, I sent photos and also a website photo of the difference between the blazer onsite and the one received and to date no reply. Beware of purchasing anything from this website.

Do not buy from this company. The products are below sub par and then when you try to return them in line with their returns policy they make it impossible to get a refund! 4 weeks l have been fighting to get my refund even after having to send it back to china despite it being shipped to me from Australia. 27 emails and still no resolve. Next step, Dept of Fair Trading. They take your money but wont return it even after you send their shit products back.
