Terrible service
They do mistake and blame the client ...

I do not recommend to anyone...

As always superb service, fantastic product and fast delivery. What more could you ask for? Well their prices are excellent too and their soft touch laminate - well that’s to die for.

Don’t hesitate, these guys lead the field.

They did an awesome job on my Save the Dates. Fast turnaround, and even when i messed the order up twice, they still were on the ball enough to keep up with my mistakes and put through my changes. Very happy. Will be back for sure.

I used Aura print to print order of services for a memorial. They were incredibly helpful, I had lots of questions about what to put into the site to ensure I ordered the correct item, they gave great advice and responded quickly. An error on a date I had was provided, luckily for me in time to correct it, I was incredibly grateful for this. Unfortunately I when they were delivered I realised I made an error with the size and with only a day to go till the service I messaged and phoned them. The error was 100% on my end as I had asked for A5 meaning the order of services had arrived having been printed on A5 when in fact the final product needed to be A5 so printed on A4. I communicated this to them taking full responsibility but also in a state of anxiety and Aura print amazingly reprinted my order against the clock as the last next day post was in 40 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for solid communication, great prices, having hawk eye when everyone else who I showed them to didn’t see the error and just generally being fantastic. Quality is fine, but terrible customer service. I supplied artwork correctly for a reprint, however, they moved it around and therefore made an error which they were unwilling to reprint for free. Unfortunately, not the kind of customer service I would've expected and has left me very unhappy and confused as to how a business can be run so unethically!

Excellent communication, produced booklets at short notice for us with a great quality finish and very good price.

Highly recommend! The process was very easy and staff were helpful in explaining how gold foiling works.
Our invites came on time and look AMAZING. The quality is brilliant (700gsm) and better than what we thought they would be.

Very easy to use website, competitive price, great service, top quality and fast delivery! I organised a last minute birthday party for my 2 year old, and I needed a 5’x4’ Peppa pig backdrop and a Peppa pig photo booth frame. I made the order on Wednesday and it had arrived on Friday (to Scotland)!
I will be using Aura print for my future printing needs!

I ordered my wedding invitations through Aura Print. Very reasonable prices, amazing quality and great customer service! Wish I could give them more stars. I had a lot of back and forth emails with Suzanne as I wanted to make sure I had got everything 100% correct, she was very helpful and quick to respond. Unfortunately when my invites arrived they was a printing error (which was due to a misunderstanding), they didn't even hesitate about getting a replacement out to me. Josh called me to correct the error and the invites arrived within in a couple of days.

A really great customer focused company who never fail to meet my expectations. The quality of printing is outstanding, as are the staff. I will use them all the time knowing that they will meet my needs.

I'm really disappointed. I wanted to get my wedding invites printed with Aura Print, their services sounded great and their prices very reasonable. However my sample pack never arrived and they said if I didn't receive it, they would send another one out. They were pretty prompt with their email responses, until I emailed them requesting another sample pack. Since then, no response. It's been 5 weeks since our first communication.

You never quite know what you are going to get when you use a company online but Aura Print exceeded all our expectations. A fantastic quality service from start to finish with prompt, friendly communications to our questions. The final product (a large PVC banner) was superb and at a highly competitive price to companies local to us. Many thanks, we will be back!

Fantastic service and great quality. I needed the items urgently for a conference and Aura Print produced them in 24hrs to a higher quality and lower price than companies I've used previously. I will not hesitate to use Aura again.

I was thrilled to be using this service as it was affordable but through it all the communication was a fail and with the way the postage went was very disappointing as my post was left at the neighbours house which I didn't give order to do so, when the parcel was brought to the house it was opened by someone else in the house as they to was excepting a parcel and there was no name written on the parcel which it should of have my name printed on the parcel but aura print team didn't even bother to do so. What was so annoying and very disappointing was that my parcel was meant to be private and due to negligence from the aura print team my privacy was breached. I would certainly not be using this company again nor recommend them to anyone as that was totally irresponsible and unprofessional on their behalf. Very ridiculous, why would they not put my name when they know my name.... They have no understanding of privacy so I give this company a thumbs down.

I work for a hospice and was recommended this site by a friend. Was very reluctant to use as too cheap - how wrong was I ! Totally amazing service - will pass the good news on to others. I am not too good at the IT side of life but was given great help. They really deserve to do very well - thank you very much - we will be back !

Easy to deal with a super value for money product. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I'm really sad to give one star to aura print as every other time I've used the service they have been great.

However, I had my delivery ordered to a shop so that I could collect it before the event. Basically the delivery company said it had arrived, but the shop keeper said it had not.
So far I have been in the shop 4 times and rung them numerous times, rung DPD the delivery people and rung Aura Print multiple times with no result so far. The event is now over so the leaflets are useless but still no resolution and it is taking a long time to agree a refund. Auraprint were at first great but then promised to call or sort things and never did and every time I ring again I get told that they will call back, which they don't.

Will strongly consider going somewhere else next time as this just hasn't been reliable enough.
