The Technics CD player you supplied was just what I wanted. It arrived on time and it was excellently packaged. The product was exactly as described and in perfect condition for a 1991 device. It plays my CDs just great. One of my main consideration was its physical size. It was just the right dimensions to fit into my Hi Fi stack neatly.

Excellent service - good price, accurate description, fast despatch/delivery, extremely well packed. Very satisfied all round, would definitely use again - although have everything I need at the moment!

Before it was sent to me, the Arcam Solo Mini was checked, but was told the remote had failed its test. I offered to still take the item but with a discount that enabled me to buy a used original remote ( not cheap!) online. Or, we could amicable end the transaction. I received the discount and found communication and professionalism, and the Arcam itself, to be great!

All round the description of the quality, the price, the expedient delivery in very well wrapped packing, all adds up to excellent.

I recently bought a used 10.5 inch reel to reel tape and unfortunately was in very poor condition after contacting the company they replied immediately and agreed to a full refund . Very friendly and efficient.

Ordered packing box to post electric guitar. Came on time and very sturdy box. Good price too unlike Amazon
