Absolutely top tier service, staff and offer.
Max AudioT Bristol arranged a home session for sevral audiophile DACs and preamps. Several days, delivered for free, no pressure on returning. This alone deserves a five star review. On top of that a decent exchange offer and the best of the market discount for a new Dave. This was my second but not the last four digit purchase from them. Highly recommended.

Purchased of ex-dem Rega Naia with Aphelion 2 etc
I purchased an ex-dem Rega Naia turntable plus Aphelion 2 cartridge that was offered at an incredible discount (£8,000) in Audio-T's recent clearance sale. To complement this reference level equipment I upgraded my phono stage to an SPL Phonos Duo and the phono-to-preamp interconnect to a Chord Co Sarum T cable. I also decided to purchase the IsoAcoustics ZaZen I isolation platform to support the Naia. Very helpfully, Audio-T offered to take any and all of my old equipment in part exchange - two turntables plus cartridges and two phono stages, and a medium level Naim CD-to-preamp interconnect. This certainly helped to defray the costs of this major purchase.
This was all done through the Audio-T Reading store with Rishi. Customer service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for Rishi. He made three separate trips to my home, set up the new equipment and even packed up my WTL Versalex turntable that was included in the part-exchange. If you're familiar with the Versalex turntable you'll know that packing it up is quite an involved process. Rishi also offered much good advice and guided me in the choice of phono stage and interconnect cable. Needless to say, the new setup sounds just incredible and in a different league to my old Versalex-based vinyl system (good though it was).
I couldn't recommend Audio-T Reading more highly.

Fantastic customer service
Nick from Audio T Southampton once again dealt with the delivery and installation of my new upgrade, and once again did a fantastic job. It's the second time recently he has travelled over to the Isle of Wight for me. Saved me so much hassle in the process, installed everything correctly, and efficiently, all with an excellent customer service manner. He deserves a lot of praise for his work. Good advice on the telephone. Suggested equipment for my system and did not push for more expensive kit. Equipment arrived speedily. Does what they said it would do.

Brilliant, personalised service
Since the moment I placed my order with Audio-T, I have received a first-class, end-to-end service by Munir, who contacted me to discuss my needs, arrange delivery of the item, and even helped me with the installation and calibration; and when I had some follow-up questions he was very responsive and tried to answer all my technical queries. From my experience, the Audio-T staff are very knowledgeable and are as enthusiastic about audio and movies as I am.
This is the second time I am ordering from them, and so far they have been brilliant. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at Audio T Manchester.
From the excellent demo left on our own for several hours to evaluate the turntable.
Then a lift home with the turntable and installation.

We are unable to visit shop due to…health problems.
We are unable to visit shop due to health problems. After discussing our interests over the phone speakers were brought to our home where we were allowed to audition over 3 days. After wishing to hear a different pair of speakers a deal was done including PX of our old speakers. Excellent service and good price, highly recommend.
