Friendly service and good advice. Bought a Dynavector 10x ii cartridge on advice from Audio T staff who all rated it highly. They were right. Great sound. Happy customer.

All the boys in Swansea store
All the boys in Swansea store, knowledgable, friendly and really helpful.
Went above and beyond with their customer service I cant praise them enough.
I will certainly use them again and have been recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service, they managed to find the CD player i wanted despite it being out of stock at the time. I'm also very happy with my purchase. All in all a pleasant, friendly experience.

Good advice
I received useful advice which resulted in spending less than I initially planned.
I bought a REL Tzero subwoofer which is compact, neat and does exactly what I need in my listening space.
Delivery was prompt and they called to say it had arrived. They even offered help to install it (which I declined) but many might find this service useful

Excellent service from Audio T. Jon Abson set up and demo'd all the components for my hifi requests. Timely arrival of all the ordered units and lots of useful advise on set up etc. I will highly recommend this shop to my friends and family. Great service. Cliff Swindon.
