The lady who dealt with me was very efficient,and very clear about everything

Very welcoming. The receptionist is very pleasant and Helema, the audiologist, is professional and excellent. The hearing test is extremely thorough and the results clearly explained. My hearing aid was "serviced" and I was made aware of the new hearing aid now available. As my current hearing aids are working perfectly for me I did not wish to replace them with new ones. There was no sales pressure. I have already booked my check up for next year.

l aways receive an excellent and personal service during appointments with a clear explanation of my hearing problems.
I also always feel that I'm treated as important and my hearing concerns taken seriously.
In addition, clear advise is given and my questions answered in an understandable way.
I highly recommend Hidden Hearing for any hearing aid needs.

When I need any help your always been there all the time and explain everything to me. The reps are always on time and help or explain everything.

The staff are very welcoming the lady who does the ear test is very knolegable and very thougher excellent service who highly recommend. They do not push hearing aids on to you the choice is yours my hearing was borderline in one ear and will definitely go back if ear gets worst thank you very much

Starting from booking appointment, reminder calls to ultimate hearing test, I had a great experience.

Appointment was booked fast and professionally kind staff short wait very nice doctor 100% recommend very good price too!

Was more than happy with my Audiologist who was very thorough and explained the entire process and results, HOWEVER, whilst I appreciate there is a premium to pay for the service you get….that isn’t double the price. I have found at least three other competitors in the area, with one being half the cost!!! To be honest, I wouldn’t have wasted either of our time had I been given cost advice PRIOR to my visit.
If your happy to pay a premium, they provide a great a service. If not, shop around.

Halema Begum was extremely clear in everything that she explained regarding the test itself and the hearing aids themselves. I was exploring the possibility of acquiring new up to date hearing aids following on from being prescribed NHS hearing aids some 10 or so years previously and never having had any subsequent test. It made me realise what I have been missing over the years and how technology has moved on. The only downside is the cost of such hearing aids which I had not previously explored. I suppose you only get what you pay for and I suspect that I am not going to be able to afford the suggested model. I am looking into ways of being able to afford them or lesser Oticon models.

staff were very attentive and clear with instructions and service available.

They were friendly, helpful and understanding.

Made an appointment on Tuesday and was seen by Matt on Wednesday. He thoroughly checked my ears for wax and painlessly removed large amounts from one ear. The other ear he said did not need doing.
He is brilliant at what he does so efficiently and without any pain. Would totally recommend this service.
